Iced latte was awful. No coffee taste. Tasted like water and milk. Croissant was okay but who wants lettuce and tomato on a breakfast croissant. Could make a better meal at home. Waste of money. View is pretty, cook at home and bring your own meal (and coffee!). $30 for a very mid two person meal

Nice little cafe overlooking Lake Monroe. We were there last Saturday around noon. I give 5 stars to the person at the counter. Apparently 2 of his workers didn't show up and he was working his toosh off. We got sandwiches and they were excellent, didn't get a drink as it was a half hour wait to get a specialty drink. Beautiful view of the Lake.

Super slow.Only four customers in the whole area.He said coffee would take 15-20 minutes. Our food came quickly. It was good.40 minutes later we are still waiting on our coffee. There are very few customers here so I have no idea why it’s taking so long.

The egg and cheese bagel was amazing and the iced cappuccino was delicious. Highly recommended!

This cafe is a delightful stop in downtown Sanford. The view of the lake is phenomenal, and the people working here are friendly and positive.Drink options are plentiful and include coffees, teas, and Italian sodas. Their espresso is consistently solid and their baristas are knowledgeable. Pretty much everything you'd want in a good brunch cafe.Food is about what you'd expect at a cafe, and frankly just a bonus so I feel that rating the food here is unimportant, as the real victory this place claims is in atmosphere and comfort.

Service and atmosphere were great. I enjoyed the croissant sandwich and cappuccino but the pastries and pies are not baked fresh and you can taste the difference.

Caffé Di Riverwalk is a cozy nook of smiles and friendly vibes. Their outdoor seating sings a duet with the river, making studying a dreamy affair. The Egg, Bacon, and Cheese Croissant? Simply a bite of heaven! Though the coffee played a shy tune and was pretty average.

First time visitor today and I had such a marvelous experience! I got the iced jasmine tea (soo fresh and floral!) And the blue Springs sandwich which has lots of veggies and a garlic schmear. It was so good! I sat in the outdoor section and was able to work on my laptop peacefully. I will definitely be back to the beautiful cafe! The staff were so nice and attentive. We need more places like this in central Florida.

I ordered a large Latte for dine-in for a total of $6.15. It was 1:45 pm. I sat down with my baby and showed the young man with the pony tail the table I was sitting at inside. After a short while he came to me saying: “here’s your coffee to go.” I said that I ordered a coffee to have inside. He said sorry, but we’ll close in 10 minutes. I was pretty disappointed to be honest, especially since the outside area was busy with customers still sitting there. 10 minutes are still 10 minutes. This is a reason for me not to go there anymore.

Cute place, good food. Beautiful location. The coffee cake was good, but could use an allergen warning. The quiche was exceptional!Service was off to a rocky start, but could just be understaffed at the moment. Baristas seem really wonderful otherwise.Cute atmosphere, but no Wi-Fi.

A very pleasant caffe near the water. It’s typically quiet in the area so I can get a good session of focus with some tasty coffee and delicious treats ^_^. What more could you ask for?

Quaint little Cafe that has become our favorite coffee joint and a regular Friday morning treat! The staff is ALWAYS nice and welcoming despite some grumpy customers I've seen and the food it quite yummy!!
