The food is constantly amazing. No matter which restaurant I go in. Pollo Rosa Maria is my favorite. Paired with garlic mashed potatoes, and the house salad. Not to mention the bread with the olive oil and herbs. Chef's kiss 💋

We have eaten here twice while visiting the area. Our recent visit, the food was just so-so but the staff made it right. Two dishes were served room temp. Another dish was tasted by several of us and deemed way too salty. They reheated our food and took the salty dish off the bill. The server handled this well and the manager delivered the reheated food. We will go back.
