Gave us redipped fries that tasted stale, and messed up our order with one sandwich completely unwrapped.

The person who is handing this orders name was Joshua h. I have ubereats order made at 12:30a.m. . I ended up receiving the wrong order and it was from a Time at 10:17 p.m. I received it at 1:15. Disgusting to know theyre sending out food from yesterday. Will never eat checkers again

This is the best Checkers around! Its in a great location near my house and conveniently down the road from downtown. I will always choose to come here over any other food in the area!

I love checkers, but today fries was burn. We ordered 4 meals, no one was able to eat the fries. Extra crispy today!!!!! They have some young kids working there it seems they don’t care.

The order machine is AI. WHICH IS STUPID!!!! When ordering we wanted to modify the burger but it didn’t asked us how we wanted to modify it it just kept saying what else do you want. So we finally asked for a team member and the person was SO RUDE when we were trying to clarify what we want on the burger saying “yeah she was asking you what you wanted” like she’s best friends with the machine, but the machine wasn’t being clear. But regardless when we asked for the person she was full of attitude and I’m not dealing with a person who is frustrated with my frustration because your robot can’t respond to a human properly. Because they will for sure be doing something to my food. When I say I need to modify the burger she should say what do you want on it. Not what can I get you or what else can I get you. Or Just use a human to order. Or have a touch screen. Or have a team member who understands the frustration and comes on the mic saying I understand you want to modify your burger, what would you like on it. Instead of being rude saying yeah she was asking you what you want on it. Because she wasn’t asking what I want on it. She was asking what else I want.

Had the audacity to ask if I wanted one wing fried with sauce after messing up my wing order. I waited 30 minutes for them to miscount the order then do that. Then I waited 30 extra minutes to still get the order wrong. Terrible management and workers
