I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and I will definitely not be coming back. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable—staff were rude, inattentive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. It took forever just to get acknowledged, and when I finally did, the attitude I received made the whole experience worse.

What really crossed the line, though, was finding something in my food that absolutely should not have been there. It was disgusting and completely ruined my appetite. When I brought it to their attention, there was no real apology or urgency to fix the situation—just careless and dismissive behavior.

This place clearly lacks basic standards when it comes to cleanliness and customer care. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your time, money, and peace of mind and go somewhere that actually values its customers and takes pride in what they serve.

My husband got us CFA for Bfast and the food was just thrown in there completely sloppy most of the breading is broken in half and crumbled up to the point you can’t even try to build the mini, some of the breading is still dough…and we waited 14 minutes. I girl in the drive through was absolutely amazing but the food is 1/10.

Always one of the best fast food experiences anytime that my family and I visit. The team is always so welcoming and attentive and of course the food is always so awesome 👌 👏 👍. We truly love coming here for a quick family outing for some fantastic food and drinks.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the Lake Mary Chick-fil-A for truly saving the day at our appreciation luncheon! Due to a mix-up with dates, lunch was supposed to be served and we were unexpectedly left scrambling but your team stepped up without hesitation and helped us pull off a successful event.

A special thank you to Alexis for quickly taking care of our order, and to Brandon for helping me return the catering bags you so graciously allowed us to use to keep everything warm. And a heartfelt shoutout to the delivery driver and catering team who brought the food. I didn’t catch your names in the rush, but you were absolute professionals and rockstars. You went above and beyond to help me get everything organized and ready for over 250 people, and your calm, can-do attitude made all the difference.

We sincerely appreciate the extra effort, teamwork, and outstanding service. You are truly the superstars of Lake Mary!

this is the second time I’ve missed my entire lunch break waiting on a very simple order. Today I ordered 30 minutes before arriving and still sat in line for 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a small hash brown. A 45+ minute wait for something that simple just isn’t reasonable, especially during a limited work break. I’m honestly losing money and my ordered was wrong!!

My 9-year-old daughter found paper inside her ice cream cone after she had already started eating it. This is a serious food safety issue, especially when serving children. Very disappointing experience. Photos attached.
