After a hectic week, two of my kids and I came in for lunch here and were met with some of the friendliest staff! As I was getting ready to pay; the manager/owner (not sure which one) gave me a golden ticket for our meal being free! That was seriously the highlight of our day! Thank you for your kindness! ❤️

2/24 Placed a Mobil order at 9:53am. Estimated delivery time 16-28 min. It’s now 10:50am not even showing out for delivery. I had to call 8 times (no answer) just to even get a refund. What a joke.

Travel Orlando for work and eat chic fil a every morning. I get rhe same thing at every location, a chicken mini meal. Every time I get them from the Sanford location I’m highly disappointed. They consistently have the smallest nuggets, always dry and the bread is always hard as a rock. Don’t know what kind of process they have going on but it’s never an issue at any other store. I highly recommend going to the one that just opened a mile down the road.

The burgers, although they are very small, are very tasty, I love them. And the strawberry milkshake is too tasty.

My only complaint about Chik-fil-A is that, when they have specialized drinks, such as Key Lime Lemonade or tea, it comes in an overall small /small cup. If you would like a true large drink, that's not an option. SMH
If Chik-fil-A reads this post, please allow us who want to pay for a large specialized drink, make it an option.
