The service is always fast, the food is always delicious. Highly recommend this location and truly all locations. The iced coffee is addicting and you never have a bad bite of anything
It's not the normal great service with great food we expect from chick-fil-a. A real bummer when you decide to spend ur money at what normally is the best fast food spot.... maybe just this location, but definitely not what was expected.

If you drive for DoorDash or Uber eats, they are always giving away your orders for some reason. They don't actually confirm you are who you are before giving you the food. So it wastes a lot of your time. And then they won't remake the order either. Also Chick-fil-A chicken is garbage, but I understand that's a personal opinion. At least they're very very polite. But stop giving orders away to the wrong people. Stop it.

Always good food. However the service is lacking. Been pushed out of line too many times to wait for a simple order. Customer's in Sanford have the worst behavior.
My wife spent 2 trips at their driving thru Due to COLD FOOD ( which she asked for it to be Freshly Cooked from the START ) and lack of Customer Concern and VERY BAD CASE OF unprofessionalism and not being able to take an accurate order. They screwed her food up 2 times resulting in more of her time Wasted from her Employment ...And they said they would not make it again and they gave her her money back.So called Management Needs to Step up and Do They're Required Duties Instead of being Non-chalant....regarding their Responsibilities..

Horrible experience recently at this location. Not just a one off. For the past few years their portions have gotten smaller and their prices have risen.They are very popular now and their customer service is awful now. I had a physical and virtual free meal card to redeem. Their system was "down" during the lunch rush and they would not offer a physical or virtual free meal card they say they accept. It expires in a few days so I'm supposed to apparently call and ask for them to extend? Why is it my fault? What happened to trusting the customer and providing a good service.Also, the line was wrapped around the building 3 times and it's just a traffic mess.Do better, you guys have slipped so much. I kept coming back because at least it was quick and you got treated right, not anymore. Beware.
