My family and I have visited here often since it opened, once a week on average. Fantastic experience every time with on point staff and minimal wait time to get perfectly prepared Chick-fil-A menu items. I'm truly baffled at the lower end rating average. We have made it a point to only visit this location because it never disappoints. When paying so much for take out it's imperative that food is good quality and freshly made. The only point of improvement needed is the dining room and keeping tables clean during the dinner hours. Mobile, drive thru and take out are flawless in my extensive experience. Keep it up guys

SLOWEST LOCATION EVER!!!
I’ve visited other nearby locations that stay busy all day with long lines, yet the service is always quick and efficient. This location, however, is noticeably and incredibly slower. Every single time I visit this location, there’s hardly any line (3-4 vehicles TOP), it still takes 10-15 minutes to get your food via drive thru. I’ve never experienced such slow service at any of the other locations.
This is terrible. I rather drive 3-4mins down the road to the other CFL then to wait years before receiving my order.

I'm a regular here at this new chikfila; its super close by. Their fries are consistently hot, grilled chicken hot as well. The crew manager, I think her name is Gracey, with the blond hair, is always so nice and does an excellent job leading the restaurant. I hate being “that person” that pulls into the drive thru within 30 minutes of closing, but Saturday I had a really long day at work. With the next day being Sunday, I wanted a strawberry lemonade. I probably single handedly live off cfa strawberry lemonade. I barely got there within 5minutes and I instantly apologized , but Keelan ??? Keylan??? Keilan??? However you spell his name, was so freaking sweet about it. His energy wasn’t “ugh” , it was more so “you could’ve gotten here at 9:59:59 and ordered the whole menu and I still would’ve been happy to take your order” . That was the first time I’ve EVER arrived at a restaurant within 30min of closing and received a positive attitude. So thank you, you never know what people are going through and you definitely made my night :,)
