Great location and it's hardly ever busy I feel like it's overlooked since its the newest location in the area. But that doesn't mean it's inferior. I think it is probably the better of the 2 locations in Sanford. Staff is friendly service is quick and accurate and the restaurant is always spotless. I'm in the area frequently for work and I always choose to stop here rather than the other. I am never able to stay and eat but it I did I would definitely sit outside there patio is very nice and always clean with plenty of tables. This is a great Chick Fila location and great far anyone.

Every once in a while I stop at the Chick-fil-A on 46 by Racetrack and Goodwill instead of the one I usually go to… and every single time I ask them to put the cream and sugar in the coffee for me so it doesn’t spill all over the car while I’m driving, they look at me, laugh, and say the operators don’t allow them to do that.

I’m always standing there thinking… wait, what? Are we worried someone might burn themselves stirring coffee or something? I mean, it’s cream and sugar, not rocket science.

Meanwhile the Chick-fil-A a mile up the road does it with a smile and sends you on your way like it’s no big deal. That’s the difference good customer service makes. Some places just get it.

Restaurant is always very clean and tidy, and the food is good. But I have never been to a slower Chick-fil-A. It has to be management here because the food takes forever to be served. Especially through drive-through but dine in as well.

This is hands down the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever visited.

At first, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. It’s a newer location, so we assumed they were just working through the usual opening growing pains. Unfortunately, after multiple visits, it’s clear this isn’t a “new location” problem — it’s just slow!

Unfortunately, the staff often seem unprepared to handle even minor issues. When something slightly out of the ordinary happens, the response tends to be confusion rather than problem-solving. Talk about deer in headlights!

The drive-thru design deserves its own special mention. If you get stuck behind a customer who doesn’t move forward or has a problem with their order, congratulations — you now live there. Even if you already have your food, you’re trapped in line until the entire situation is resolved.

By the time you get your nuggets, it honestly feels like they might be out back on the farm catching the chickens first.

I’ve never spent this much time in a drive-thru and seriously considered bringing a book - maybe all the books from the Harry Potter collection.

horrible service, young man
in the blonde bowl cut (front of house) was not very attentive yesterday, not only did he forget my sauces but gave me a water instead of the drink i ordered, and when i confronted him he ingnored me. i'd reccomend going to the location on state road 46, much nicer staff and more of the chicflia expirence.

Consistently slow drive through and long wait times, go down the street

I buy Chick bags of ice all the time at all different locations. I know the bag itself had been changed 3 times now. And the bag is a bit.smaller than the original bag however, I paid almost the $3 charge for a 6lb bag of ice and well I got maybe 4 large cups worth of ice. They don't use twist ties for the bag they knot it which prevents it to be filled. All others use twist ties.
The manager wasn't pleasant nor was any of the other employees. They were more about talking and joking around with each other including the manager. No one said my pleasure either. This location needs a lil training on customer service.
The manager made a comment that the bags are smaller to the other staff memeber and then proceeded to say how am I suppose to close it if I add more. Twist ties. The bag was torn on both sides to tie the knots.

No apology was given! I will be contacting the DM and corporate about this. They really need training. This was 2/28/2026 around 630pm.

Usual Chick-fil-A efficiency. Regular good tasting food. What you would expect from a Chick-fil-A fast food chain restaurant.

My family and I have visited here often since it opened, once a week on average. Fantastic experience every time with on point staff and minimal wait time to get perfectly prepared Chick-fil-A menu items. I'm truly baffled at the lower end rating average. We have made it a point to only visit this location because it never disappoints.
When paying so much for take out it's imperative that food is good quality and freshly made.
The only point of improvement needed is the dining room and keeping tables clean during the dinner hours.
Mobile, drive thru and take out are flawless in my extensive experience.
Keep it up guys
