I'm a regular here at this new chikfila; its super close by. Their fries are consistently hot, grilled chicken hot as well. The crew manager, I think her name is Gracey, with the blond hair, is always so nice and does an excellent job leading the restaurant. I hate being āthat personā that pulls into the drive thru within 30 minutes of closing, but Saturday I had a really long day at work. With the next day being Sunday, I wanted a strawberry lemonade. I probably single handedly live off cfa strawberry lemonade. I barely got there within 5minutes and I instantly apologized , but Keelan ??? Keylan??? Keilan??? However you spell his name, was so freaking sweet about it. His energy wasnāt āughā , it was more so āyou couldāve gotten here at 9:59:59 and ordered the whole menu and I still wouldāve been happy to take your orderā . That was the first time Iāve EVER arrived at a restaurant within 30min of closing and received a positive attitude. So thank you, you never know what people are going through and you definitely made my night :,)

CFA never disappoints! The staff is always pleasant and very professional. Best lemonade in central Florida, probably the one thing that really sets CFA apart. Truly enjoy knowing those dining around me share my values. Giving thanks before a meal, a common sight.

Manager here sucks. Never been to a cfa this bad. Poor service, nobody knows what theyāre doing, long waits & orders are wrong and missing items when thereās like 2 other people in line only. Thought this was great that a new one was opening, but Iām going to continue going to the lake Mary locations cause this is terrible.
