Horrible!. When I walked in it was 4 customers no one in the line which meant it wasn't busy. Cool. I liked that. Get to the counter to order the food and they had absolutely no fresh protein, its like everyone was on break. Red flag shoulda left. Anyhoo. Got my bowl Get home and the chips are damn near STALE . omg omg..smh . We need better workers out here. No one takes their job seriously in the food business anymore. Totally DISAPPOINTED!

I always try to have a positive attitude when I go to chipotle, but I end up being disappointed once again. I don’t really appreciate getting the last scraps of chicken and when I ask for extra chicken I have to pay for double when I didn’t even get enough in the first place (because of the last scraps). To have to pay almost $14 for a mediocre bowl is so disappointing, this chipotle needs to do better.

I stopped by the Chipotle in Sanford today for a quick meal, and in terms of the basics, it delivered exactly what I expected. The service was fine, the restaurant was clean, and my order came out quickly. It’s Chipotle, fast, convenient, and reasonably tasty. I don’t go in expecting a five-star dining experience for twenty bucks.

What will keep me from returning to this location, however, is the greeting policy. It’s very clear management has instructed employees to call out “HI, WELCOME IN!” every single time the door opens. Some people might like that, but I’m not one of them. I came for a simple, quiet meal, not a running commentary every time someone walks in.

Unfortunately, the entrance is on the opposite side of the dining area, so while I sat and ate my bowl, I heard “HI, WELCOME IN!” over and over. I stopped counting at around 25 times before I finally gave up, threw out the rest of my food, and left. Great for business that so many people were coming through the door, but not so great for anyone trying to enjoy their meal in peace.

The food and staff were fine, just the atmosphere made it hard to stay. I’ll be choosing a different Chipotle next time.

We went in for Veterans Day.It was the fastest i've ever seen a chipotle bowl made. Bathroom was very clean. Five out of five stars across the board.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your Chipotle location. I have been a regular customer and have never experienced any issues in the past, but today’s encounter was exceptionally unprofessional and unacceptable.

During my visit, one of your employees—an African-American male with dreads, wearing a hat and glasses—handled my order in a rushed and careless manner. He interrupted the normal flow of service, hastily took over the line, and repeatedly rushed me through my order without allowing me to clarify the specific items I wanted, including details for my partner’s meal.

In addition to his dismissive attitude, the employee served me the leftover scraps from the steak pan, provided an unreasonably small portion, and displayed a clear lack of courtesy. His behavior was rude and dismissive from start to finish. What makes this even more concerning is that there was no line or crowd to justify the rush—there was simply no reason for such hurried and discourteous service.

This level of conduct is entirely unbecoming of a Chipotle employee. It reflects poorly on both the individual and the management team overseeing operations. I strongly recommend that this employee either receive immediate retraining in customer service or be evaluated for termination, as his behavior directly contradicts the professional standards expected at your establishment.

I will not be returning to this location as a result of this experience. I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures that the quality of service is restored to the level customers rightfully expect from Chipotle.

This used to be my go to spot for Chipotle. The quality and portion sizes have been steadily deteriorating. This weekend they gave use hardly any meat, did not put in the guac, and put in stale old rice. We paid through the app and did pick up. I contacted customer service and they apologized and offered us a small soda on the App. That is pathetic. I told them that I will NEVER eat at Chipotle again and I mean that 100%!

I’m so done with Chipotle. Every location at this point. It ran by a bunch of children and irresponsible adults. 9/10 times they’re out of something with an extremely long line and no one communicating this. They also seem to never be prepared to make more of whatever they’re out of anytime that same day. I used to pay for it without the things I want and they advertise but those days are done. It seems like this is their culture now, so they will not be getting another dime from me.

My husband and I come here a lot and every time they have been so nice and friendly! The inside is always clean, and the service is 10/10. Probably the best chipotle in the area.

Your automatic system sucks !not only was I over charged $10 for the same order I have everyday but the service was rude when my daughter wanted more rice ! We love the Lake Mary location they don’t fat shame and always get the order right this location always act like the rice police ! You can’t even call to speak to a manager

I went here and I was helped by a girl who had red hair and was short with a lot of attitude. I asked to receive beans on my burrito and she scraped out what was left from an empty container. Like I received 10 to 15 beans. I asked for more and she told me I had some and passed my food along. I was treated rudely and not given the food I asked and paid for. Very disappointed. Go to a different chipotle that will treat you better. Or in fact, just don’t go to chipotle. Very frustrating and wish I could get my money back.
