Horrible food quality. Very skimpy on protein. My tacos had literally chips of meat and was barely enough to make up one full taco between the three I ordered. Service is ok, but the restaurant itself is poorly managed and dirty. Chipotle needs to get it together quickly!

This chipotle was fine! My order was correct and made quickly. Just like every location I’ve been to recently, tables need to be wiped down more often. It looked like a hurricane just ripped through the dining area in the late afternoon.

Still one of the better (cleaner and good staff) Chipotles in Orlando area.
Great customer service, great food, nice restaurant, but many of the foods were running low, and some meats weren't available. It was a bummer but hopefully it's not a regular thing. Still 5 stars! Thank you!

Ordered 2 smoked brisket bowls at 6:10 pm. Guy literally scrapped the meat from the sides and bottom of the pan. Asked if they were preparing more, not at this time. Dry, pieces of meat, no bigger than a small dice. And the guacamole was another 5.70! And small bowl of chips, salsa another 2.30. We could of had a full meal at Texas longhorn for the $38.00! STAFF not friendly at all, or helpful.

If you try to call and speak to a person the automated system will not let you! It was a horrible experience. I only needed to add a salad dressing to my order and I could not do it online or speak to someone to add it to the order. They need to change their system immediately!!!

The line staff were friendly and quick but the manager was terrible. I get the cold toppings on the side because I don’t like when my bowl is cold when I get home from the toppings.
The manager charged me for the sides and all the staff were talking saying I got my boyfriend’s sides for my bowl? Like blatantly talking negatively about me in front of my boyfriend… Idk if they charge less for his bowl or something but it was incredibly unprofessional.
I asked why he was charging me for sides because they’ve never done that before and he just rolled his eyes at me.
Lots of complaints about staff on here. Employees tend to mirror the attitudes of management(lead by example). May be time to reassess your management team.
