I order two bowls online plus I had a free guacamola.which I did not received from Sanford Orlando Ave out by Walmart order extra meat paid over $14 for one bowl when I arrive home to check it it didn't have the double meat alone the cashier turning up her lips while shes talking with me no one would answer the phone told me to go online and chat with a computer did not give me a receipt, So money wasted, I hate these type of restaurants.The receipt did not give me just a number order stuck to the bag. I put the number from the label in the chat, which tells me it is wrong. So money wasted. Not a live person to talk with, so zero to all

This store is filled with zombie workers with absolutely nothing behind their eyes.
Incredibly slow, always a long line. Food subpar, cold burnt, you name it.
The standard they have here is unacceptable.

If you ever go to this location, don’t EVER get served by the girl wearing the cherry earrings. She is so rude and disrespectful. 0/10 I don’t recommend this experience to anyone.

My last visit to this Chipotle was good. The team was different….they were super normal, happy and efficient. I looked forward to going back. Tonight, the workers look depressed and this was the worst food I have ever received from a Chipotle.
The vegetables were burnt to a crisp. I had to pick all of the black bell peppers from every bite. *Nothing* was seasoned. Ive never had to go in my own spice cabinet. My husband felt like we got played. He had a burrito and couldn’t pull out all of the black vegetables that were all over his burrito. The whole thing tasted like char.
The drinks were empty…that’s what we actually went for. This bummed me out after a very long day. $30+ wasted.

It was great but they didn't give me any utensils to eat my food when I got back to work. Normally when you pick it up at drive through they have the fork already in the bag.
It's 9:30pm and the store doesn't close until 11pm. Yet they have no white rice or black beans. When asked if they were going to cook more. They said no. Horrible customer service!!!!

Chicken Al pastor taste same as regular Chicken bowl. Staff needs to make this recipe properly. Portions are very low if you order online. Ordering at the store doesn't help at all. Not sure they do that on purpose, insanely low portions
