If you’re a white Male do not go to this location. I hate bringing race into the conversation but the attitude and the service that the assembly worker gave to me was the worst. Giving me half portions of all the ingredients for a $12 burrito that had the fillings of a taco. I know it’s a crap job but you should still take some pride in the work you do.

I just left the restaurant because they said they weren’t cooking any more meat since they didn’t want leftovers. They still had an hour and a half before closing! I could understand that policy maybe 30 minutes before closing, but this was ridiculous. How do they expect to stay open in the long run? We had 4 people with us that would have eaten the steak. Will not go to this location again! We left and went to the one by the mall and had excellent service and food!

Made the mistake of going to chipotle after not going for years cuz they always short you on the meat and you’re just eating a bowl of rice. SAME THING! Thanks for the rice bowl!!! I even would tell them double meat before and they’d purposely give you less in each scoop cus you got two. I would order two just to get the amount of one decent scoop of meat and it was still lacking meat. Place sucks so bad. Will never go there again. I don’t care if my workers ask for it.

Manager must be getting some large bonuses if they save on food costs. 1 time a young lady worker gave more rice without hesitation. But most recently we were TOLD we'd have to pay double when asked for a little more RICE. Some of these employees need to chill, but understandable if pressured by their managers.

Brian was amazing!! He put my order together perfectly and delicious. We had problem with the door, I wish I got his name but he was so helpful!!! Also I hate the name Brian because that’s my dad’s name which is too much to explain but yes he does drugs. This particular Brian was wonderful though.

I tried not be apart of the negative reviews because I've always had a great experience at this location but today it happened. I order 2 chicken bowls which my protein portion was great. However I like toppings loaded (cheese, sour cream, pico btw non premium toppings) and it was made that way. Once I get to checkout I see my total is $15 for just a chicken bowl no double or chips or sides. I ask why and I was told because my toppings were loaded I was charged for 2 sides. Never in my years of going to chipotle have I ever been charged for toppings which are and have always been free. I walked away and left the order there because this location has lost another customer. As I went to the next location (town center) and got the same thing plus Chips for the correct price smh $12.

30% of the rice in my burrito was uncooked. The meat was way over seasoned. Poor quality. Restaurant was very clean though. Food wasn’t out on the shelf for pickup.

My burrito was terrible… I do not get much in my burritos and they are not hard to make…. There was a huge lump of something that came out as a ball in the middle of my burrito and I have no clue was it is. Threw it away immediately. Burrito tasted awful as well.

WORST CHIPOTLE EVER! It’s a new chipotle and has a 2 star rating, and for a good reason. Bad customer service, didn’t ask me what rice I want, protein, etc. Dropped a bunch of things. Out of everything. Workers were distracted with friends. Soda machine gave water instead of sprite. Good building but garbage customer service. They even were swearing!
