The place reeks of old floor cleaner and grease. It's gross and when you leave the scent clings to your hair and clothes. It's a shame because I love the food, but to avoid the smell I drive all the way to the International Drive location 45 minutes from my house instead because that's the only Cici's that doesn't have that stench. Wtf even is the smell??? It should smell like pizza when you walk in, not gross dirty floor cleaner. It's not even a "clean" floor cleaner smell, it reminds me of the black sludge mop water that we would pour down the drain after mopping when I used to work at Mcdonalds as a teen. Yuck.

They should have had the food prepped prior to opening they had maybe 3 pies desserts werent out and when they did come it was the brownies first and than the cinnamon rolls maybe 20 mins later nothing else beside this the food was very Mediocre .

It's a great value for your money and I love the fact that you can ask them to make whichever style pizza with the toppings at your heart desires! They also have several different types of desert. It's a really affordable way to step out with the family that's not going to burn a hole in your wallet. I highly recommend it

I’ve come to this location with my family many times; tonight’s trip was terrible. The manger (older man with glasses) was the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered here. He was sitting next to the soda machine watching people pour their drinks, and yelled at the parents of a family whose little kids got soda in their water cups. Take a chill pill, dude. Very unwelcoming atmosphere, and we won’t be returning.

We all know it’s cheap pizza just with options, so why are the prices consistently going up inflation or not it’s too high. Should as least give you a soda, then the audacity that they ask for a tip now before you even get service. Definitely the last time I will go to this cicis.

There was hair in the salad and people were touching the food with their bare hands, and kids sneezing on everything. Absolutely disgusting. Don't recommend coming.
Everything was fresh, the person that clean the table and picked up the trays was super sweet and attentive. There is a pretty decent size game/arcade area with a ticket exchange area. Not to mention that the buffet price are very affordable and the cicis it's self is very big

This place was horrible. 11:53am and all food cold and not desirable. No cheese for the salad bar. The pizza selection terrible. The people were NOT friendly. We travel and our last CiCi's visit was excellent. It was not here! I recommend to not visit this location and let it fade into history. All will be better off.

Half the "games" were broken and it felt run down. The staff was excellent and responsive. They had things out quickly.
I blame the people in charge of the business and not the hard workers. Fix your machines or at least take them out. They're 30% broken.
