The place reeks of old floor cleaner and grease. It's gross and when you leave the scent clings to your hair and clothes. It's a shame because I love the food, but to avoid the smell I drive all the way to the International Drive location 45 minutes from my house instead because that's the only Cici's that doesn't have that stench. Staff was friendly and attentive. Place was clean and organized. Food was fresh and good for what you pay. No complaints. Not the CiCis I remember from the many years ago when I last tried.
It's a great value for your money and I love the fact that you can ask them to make whichever style pizza with the toppings at your heart desires! They also have several different types of desert. It's a really affordable way to step out with the family that's not going to burn a hole in your wallet. I highly recommend it
