Cinnabon

Walked up, and the manager greeted us. A fresh batch of Cinnabons just came out, so rather than the old stale looking one on the counter, we asked for one of the fresh ones. He told us that the one on the counter was of the same batch, and they were both "fresh." We again asked for a fresh one instead, and he insisted otherwise. Manager and staff are terrible. Brought out an entire pan of Cinnabon but wouldn’t allow us to purchase from the new pan (one old one sitting). I came back and he had the old one boxed and waiting for us. Insisted it messed up their inventory if I didn’t buy the old one. Also insisted the old one was part of the new batch. Regardless- manager could use some lessons on customer service.
