I would like to speak to the owner because it was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked for her name and she stated she isn't allowed to give out her name.

I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing experience I had at your 2523 Park Dr, Sanford, FL 32771 Dairy Queen, on January 27 around 2.30, I am a frequent customer, but I no longer feel safe returning to this location due to the interaction of the staff there I believe I was treated unfairly and targeted by staff due to personal reasons. Upon arriving they refused service by Africa American she flipped us off and threatened to beat us up and used vulgar language and gestures it’s so extremely unprofessional More importantly, I have serious concerns regarding the safety of customers and staff. The employee, Cameron, is known to have a court-ordered ankle monitor on and I have personal knowledge that he is an abuser who beats women. Knowing this, I felt unsafe and I feel that this individual poses a risk to the public and to female customers in particular. Knowing he is working in a public, fast-paced environment and seeing him present with a court-ordered monitoring device makes me feel extremely unsafe. I felt intimidated and threatened by his presence, and I am legitimately concerned for the safety of other customers and female staff members at this location.I cannot and will not return to this Dairy Queen while he is employed there. I look forward to your prompt reply.

The service and product has really gone downhill in recent years but the price has continued to increase. The kid employees just don't care. A simple request for more hardshell on your ice cream, when the ice cream was supposed to be covered in hardshell from the get-go, gets you an attitude and hardly any hardshell added. It really shouldn't be that difficult.

Fast, friendly, and fair on price. It had been a while since I'd had any ice cream, and I got the jonesing, so I hopped into the car and headed for DQ! The parking lot wasn't too full and the line at the windows were moving pretty quickly. So I parked the rig and headed up to the window. The young lady was a treat on her own to deal with. She had a genuine smile and a very pleasant attitude. Typically, I haven't tipped there, but this time was different.. and I appreciated the heck out of it. My order was a little difficult, but they made it, and I had it in no time flat! Believe it or not, the prices are really decent for everything that you're getting. I know that I've looked at ice cream in the stores, so I wouldn't have to go out for it, and it's a little pricey. But they really have it in check. Great job everybody. Keep up the great teamwork. 👍

Just bought a chocolate malt and i must say the attendant was rude, will not continue to purchase there, and I will pass it on to others not to use this Dairyqueen. Whoever owns this place should tell their workers to acknowledge all customers with a smile and friendliness necessary for a business.
