Decision Tactical

My family absolutely loved Decision Tactical! We had such a great time that we ended up signing up for a membership so we could go all the time. It is not only a ton of fun, but also very educational for the kids. The staff is fantastic and always takes the time to teach our family about safety, which we truly appreciated. When we needed to cancel our membership for a short period, the team was so easy to work with, especially Louis, who was incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back!

I came in last week and we had so much fun! We ate pretzels, tenders, burgers and drank. Our server nicole was very attentive and helpful, AND STRONG!!💪🏼💪🏼 We will come here again!

Took my husband here for his birthday and he had such a good time. Now, he wants to go back with his buddies. We booked the “Bill Drill” which states online that it takes 2 hours, but they are so busy on the weekends that it lasted just a little over that timeframe, so keep that in mind when going. Buck & Cowboy helped us through the experience and they were both incredibly kind, helpful, and informative. This place was worth the hour drive for us. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing! Alexander (with the beard) was extremely helpful and informative, making this experience truly fun, entertaining, and informational. We learned a great deal coming to decision tactical, having a few laughs along the way with Alex! I think he was one of the best trainers we could have gotten today!

Me and my family had such a great time! This is our first time here and Shayla who was helping and setting up the courses she was so sweet and fun to do this with I highly recommend! Also Shayla is amazing!!!

I’ve been back here three times in one week and I had my wife, my dad, and my brother join me. Hd a really good time and a unique experience. I had Shayla twice and Alexander (with the beard) as our instructors and they were fantastic - each had their own style but they both made the experience much more enjoyable. I would also like to add that Alexander did a great job making my wife feel comfortable because she is very apprehensive about weapons and adrenaline related activities in general. The vibe inside is pretty cool and inviting. The fact that they serve food here is a big plus for anyone in your party who may be looking to just hangout. It’s clear they’ve worked hard to develop a great product here and I will continue to support it.

We came to celebrate my birthday while visiting Orlando. It was a chill vibe with drinks, food, and a mix of music. Our instructor was Jacob and he was amazing. He explained everything so well and was super patient with us. We were in there about an hour, possibly a little longer. It was an incredible simulation experience and I will definitely be back every time I come to Orlando.

Our family had a really great time! There were 6 of us who went and everyone enjoyed the experience. Our TAC staff were Jacob, Buck, and Matt and they were all great- friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for a date night or family fun day!

Came here for the 2nd time and it was not good. Th first time was great on customer service. Walked in to eat dinner with my mom and waited at a table for 25 minutes with no menus or waitresses. Bartender asked if we needed menus as she was taking care of something 10 minutes after we sat. Then that was it. Everyone else was just doing there thing. We just walked out. I would understand if it was busy but it was dead inside. No reason for it. If staff can sit and joke around and the same bartender can eat and talk while customers don’t even have a drink order or menus, that’s ridiculous! This 1 time spoiled it for me

I didn’t even play the game. I only sat at the bar and good lawwwwdddd is Olivia my favorite bartender.

The owners Monique and Omer are garbage human beings who harass minorities and women. This is all because they are hateful and miserable together, and like to take it out on innocent people. People should know that about them. It’s not the image they show everyone.
