Such rude and dismissive employees.. horrible quality in customer service and business in general I work in retail so I know these comments are over looked and employees are encouraged to continue to be rude nasty and plane disrespectful… I would not go to this location or the one one airport blv I ordered a pizza waited 2 hours called the store several times the female said she can’t get ahold of the person who has my pizza I was able to drive to the store and the gentleman who supposably on the way to my house 13 mins away still didn’t make it . Who ever is reading these I would highly recommend looking at these two locations and the people you have working there lots of money your losing due to employees… so disappointing all around !

Got extra stuff put on pizza i didnt ask for, the mobile app said it was complete and ready so i went inside to pick it up and then was told i need to wait another 10 minutes. Something is messed up everytime i go, Just a hassle place.

girl that works in there, she says her name is Traniece she was really rude I called to place an order over the phone she told me they don’t take orders over the phone anymore and when my daughter went in to place the order she wouldn’t place the order for her she told her to tell me I gotta do it online so while I was placing my order online while my daughter was inside Dominos she said I better hurry because she about to close and ain’t got time for this I’ve never had a bad experience with your employees but she’s bad for the company makes me don’t want to ever order from this store ever again

I try ordering online and no cash payment over $10 and went in person to pay cash and the deal 2 for 6.99 was not available only online. I was upset because I would had the deal but because cash over $10 is not accepted it's not really satisfying your customers. I will not buy again from dominoes. Not to mention staff was very busy and wait was long. So inconvenient.

Pizza was overcooked,wrong items in order,charged for items i didnt receive.the cheese on the pizza was brown.ordered online.messed it up.did a 2nd order,and was told by the employee,who messed up the first order,you must really like dominos.yeah,not so much.coudnt even cut the pizza correctly.soent time talking about nails and baby daddies with customers in the store.will not be going to this dominos any more,maybe longeood instead.64 dollars on wrong inedible food.

Charged me for a pizza i never received after telling me to place another order with my local store. Like literally had no intention of delivering my pizza and still charged me like it was delivered. Basically just robbed me for my $20. The apps no help either. After this free pizza thing im never shopping with Dominoes again. At any location. Gotta love ordering food ahead of time waiting for the tracker to say your food is ready. Then when you go inside and they tell you that your order isn't there then tell you they are just now making it. When i get my pizza and there is nothing but air bubbles all over the dough.
I'll wait 30 minutes for a large pizza and when I got home I found it burnt and then I call to see what they can do for me and they said, nothing! Is a bad service and bad pizzas

Initially spoke to someone on the phone for 20 minutes just to get my address on file. Waited one hour, called to ask about my order and was told it was being delivered. Waited another 10 minutes because it’s right next to my location spoke to the MANAGER who was very disrespectful, found no solution for the problem/inconvenience. my credit card had already been charged for the pizza and supposedly it was never on file. TWO PEOPLE told me it was being delivered. Ridiculous. The manager was VERY rude. Please have a coaching session with her or dismiss her.

Spencer was very patient with me when taking my order he even brought the menu to me because my back was hurting and when he finished making my food and brought it to me it tasted absolutely amazing.
