Store is very slow and the ordering app online provides incorrect time when your food will actually be done. If it say 15 mins, just give it an hour. Will not return.

Ordered for delivery. Delivery driver was great. But the pizza he brought, not so much. The dough was spread very thin to the point that it couldn't even be picked up because of how floppy it was. It stuck to the box and all the toppings fell right off. I did ask for extra sauce but this was overkill. I felt like I was eating lasagna with crust. They also forgot to put bacon on my pizza. The bread bites were overcooked too.

I have horrible experience feom domino's over last few months not this location but I was n my 3 free make it right piZa and it was perfect from here and free cheese bread that had cheese in it finally and was hot. Definitely great after noon staff

Tonight I placed an order for 3 pizzas on my app. After an hour had passed there was no progress on the pizzas. I called the store and the guy that answered could not find my order via name or order number after chatting back and forth he said let me get my manager. I was placed on hold for a few minutes and then the young man came back on the phone at the same time my order updated to in the oven. Apparently they were finally able to find the order and he apologized. I inquired on how long it would old be until it arrived and he stated about 40 minutes I asked what if I just come pick it up. He said then like 10min. I live less than ten minutes away so I left right away to go get the pizzas. I never did get to speak to the manager. Upon arrival I let them know I was there to pick up the pizza and again gave my name. They again couldn’t find my order anywhere. While standing there I received a notification stating that my pizza was out for deliver. All the employees were confused and visibly upset. I asked who the manager was and the young man pointed to the lady who was the M.O.D. She stated we have been busy which I understand. She choose to still not come up to speak with me at all. No apology or anything. The fact that not only was there no apology the manager couldn’t even hold herself or her store she’s managing accountable the situation . It’s unfortunate to see. Now I am aware not returning for business will not make a difference to them. But having come from the industry background seeing the demise on how managers like this don’t handle a situation or hold themselves or team accountable is very disheartening. Best of luck to the future of this store.

Very delicious! My boyfriend can’t eat gluten and Jack and James were very clear in the cross contamination and were very careful while also being super friendly and attentive. 10/10 will come again!!

James, the manager, said my pizza came out of the oven 5 minutes after I ordered it online. Because he said management changed and is ā€œmore efficientā€ and ā€œmade my order before I ordered it.ā€ That’s a lie. He then said that he can’t see my card to pay for delivery. I tried to cancel my order and he said it’s going to be charged anyway. How is he gonna charge my card if he doesn’t have it on file? Either charge for me delivery or don’t charge me. Ridiculous. I’ll choose another Dominos next time I order, if I order at all.

Awful customer service and an upcharge on every little thing. Also, they charged me $1.60 for two sauce cups... What?? Seems ridiculous. Stay away!!

So unsanitary. Gloves and hair nets are not utilized here and to make things worse, a woman handling food was biting her finger nails and when she noticed I was watching her she immediately stopped returned to handling more food and didn’t even wash her hands! She also proceeds to be on her phone in between orders. Just sick I say!
