These ppl seem so miserable to work here. And why i gotta wait so long for 1 item. Starbucks dont even do this and they have much better customer service i always try to give dunkin the benefit of the doubt every once in a blue moon but you know what ill just never return again I have to keep reminding myself dunkin is trash from the customer service down to the food.

We went as a party of five to this Dunkin and ordered some breakfast. Already a pretty lousy start when the young lady serving didn’t greet us and barely looked at us while ordering. While my food came out right, three out of the five of us got the wrong item. This is the second time now that they’ve messed up our food, and it almost feels like they’re just slinging up whatever food they have. The food itself was good, but you can’t just give people whatever you want to give them.

JAYSEN!! what an amazing employee!! He was so helpful to me and patient ! I was trying the cookie butter latte for the 1st time and was so excited bc of all the hype! It was really good and the customer service from JAYSEN was outstanding! Absolutely wonderful person ! If I could give 10 stars I would ! Also, the manager or gm (dark hair in a bun and glasses) she is an absolute doll! So nice and helpful also!! Orlando drive location is the best dunkin! Ill def be back! Thank you JAYSEN and the manager!!

Seens like the only employee that makes a cappuccino correct is Ruby. I was disappointed last week when it tasted like pure coffee, and of course Ruby wasn't there. Management needs to train all the employees the correct way to make their drinks because I wasted almost 5 dollars throwing it away.

715pm. Went in to order a sandwich and drinks. Was told they already cleaned the ovens because one of the employees are leaving in 30 mins and there will only be one person. Taking my order on drive thro even tho I walked in. Drive past this location and they are closed by 730-8pm. Now I am officially done with this location.

Worst dunkin ever ordered a large iced latte they gave it to me about 3/4 full & completely white like no espresso at all. So I say excuse me this is not full & its super white it needs the espresso that goes in it. The lady at the counter told the other girl to just add some ice I said no it needs espresso the said no I'll just give you your money back & will nor make another. Will never go back again & will let everyone I know. They are extremely rude to customers.

This place should just close down. This location is ALWAYS out of everything because they are lazy and dont do their jobs. Everyone inside is just rude and about useless. If you cant offer whats on the menu but then have an attitude because I cancel my order all together then just close your dam doors.

My every morning coffe is always. Perfect food is good. I come here. Everyday.
This is the second time I went through the drive thru and I was told to pull around and they forgot about me. I ended up going inside to hear that my order was partially already done. I was still missing an item after already waiting at least 10 minutes outside. The lady said I didn’t have a receipt to show the item was missing but to go ahead and give it to me. I had already paid and the lady at the drive thru asked if I needed a receipt and I said that’s okay. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes. At least the last time this happened the lady offered to refund me. There was not even an apology this time around.
