Horrible, staff was giving me attitude because I am ordering two and a half dozens of donuts. When I questioned them about how much available on the rack, the lady answered with attitude " this should be enough until 9 pm , we are not trying to make more donuts " and she looked to the other employee that she was not intersted to know, but they both had sarcastic smile, so what is the limit to order in this shop??!! please put a sign if there is an order limitation for donuts. Very poor customer service.

Absolutely terrible manager. Asked for an allergy guide and she said they don’t have one. Couldn’t have been more rude and said the only allergy in munchkins was yeast. Really!? Literally worst dunkin I have ever been too.

This may not be very exciting but we decided to sit inside and have a coffee and donut. It was clean and the staff was very nice. I remember when I was a kid it was a great day in the neighborhood when you got to go to Dunks and get a donut or better yet a mixed dozen. DD is nostalgia for me remembering good times with mom and dad. They loved the coffee.

I have gone to this location twice this week, and both times ordered a hot chai latte with oat milk. Both times 50% of the cup was foam. This morning I’m extra annoyed because not only was it half foam today, but under the foam was not warm at all and tasted super strongly of chai syrup nothing but foam and syrup. Was looking forward to this getting me through the workday, but I will have to dump it as soon as I get to my classroom.

This dunkin just needs to shut down. It’s making all other Dunkin’s look bad.
I came here r at 10am on Sunday for the drive through. 5 cars in the drive through and I was the 2nd. We wait about 15min before someone comes to the mic and say I’ll be right with you. Continue to wait 15min more and decide to leave. As we pull around. I kid you not every employee was out front cursing and screaming at either each other or somebody. Other employees are just talking to random people that pulled into the parking lot.
They gave me a moldy glazed donuts they need to do there job and go through the donuts that are bad

I purchased a Medium Hot Peppermint Mocha Latte at 9:44:26 am on 11/30/2024 at Drive Thru #9751. After leaving the parking lot area, was beyond disappointed to find the cup was barely over one half full. Wow!! What a waste of my money and how I was ripped off by Dunkin Donuts. I will NOT be purchasing any more drinks from Dunkin Donuts. So happy a Starbucks is right next door.

This place is a joke. If you want quality service, pleasant employees, and what you pay for please go next door to Starbucks or take the couple mile trip down the road to Foxtail. Because you didn’t listen to my order correctly when the first thing out of my mouth was MEDIUM ICED COOKIE LATTE you somehow mistake that for a small, not my problem that’s your problem the customers are what pays your paycheck. no I don’t think the customer is always right because I work in the service industry, but if it’s your mistake or a misunderstanding then suck it up and correct it. That doesn’t mean give me a medium cup with the small amount of coffee from the previous cup you made that was a small and top it off with ice and whip cream with cookie toppings and call that a medium because of your incompetence. There was so much ice you could barely get a straw in it. If you don’t like your job find a new one that doesn’t involve working with people. You chose this profession act professional. Where is the owner or corporation with all the one star reviews smh. Hire people like the ones at Starbucks who don’t bring their problems and negativity to work with them

If I could give zero stars and still leave a review I would because to give this location and the manager that's working right now a single star is being generous. I have never written a bad review in my life and have never contacted corporate to report someone. However the manager that works here is so rude everyday no matter how nice you are to her that I no longer care. Dunkin is supposed to be the start of most people's morning and for awhile I chalked this whole thing off as having a bad day or month for this manager. However everyday she returns kindness with unwarranted attitude and unprofessionalism. I expect corporate to buck up and do something about this woman and anyone else not living up to the standard at this location that I've known Dunkin to hold for so long. Suffice to say I'm disappointed that she and ever other rude employee there ever made the cut.
