Donuts appear to be delivered from another location cold and stale. Sadly, that appears to be standard these days. Coffee was good. However, having failed to take an unnecessary lap around the empty parking lot and empty drive thru lane for my mobile order, I was scolded twice by the window attendant for not ordering through the speaker. Even though I eat dessert for breakfast, I'm not a child and would be much more receptive to a kind request rather than being reprimanded.

I waited at least 8 minutes to get acknowledge. A lady past by once not even look at me, second time she past she is eating and putting donuts in a box still did not say hi or anything; another guest have to walk in in order for her to say I will right back. Bad service!

Food was amazing, customer service was horrible. Cathy was cursing, Jeanette had a horrible additude and was rude, even was yelling about us adding a item at the window, which i get could be frustrating but not frustrating enough too yell at the customer. Severely Disappointed.

I would like to share my experience today. Today I woke up and I didn’t wake up in the best mood, my day was looking grey and black and white. So I decided to go to Dunkin to get a latte to see if it could get my spirits up, when I pulled up to the drive through I just had a feeling this latte would be different. The girl who helped me was so so nice I decided to get a donut. When I finally had a sip of my latte I finally realized…life is worth living. This is the best latte I’ve ever had it’s almost sad because I know I will spend my life chasing a latte like this. So thank you Dunkin for making life have colors again. You saved a life today
