We stopped going to Dunkin because of the service but today we decided to give it a try in this Dunkin and it was even worse than all the previous experiences that we have had. we want to share that this place that are ordering correct completely from 7 items 4 were Incorrect and the person who took our order in the Drive-Thru was actually very rude and very mad even though it was their mistake. We just wanted to get what we ordered. I really recommend nobody to come to this place you don't want to have this horrible experience and then deal with these horrible people

I waited about 5 to 7 minutes inside to order at the counter. Not any one of the 4 employees acknowledged me, good morning or we will be right with you. I finally asked if they accepted inside orders since they were only dealing with drive thru orders. I had to ask twice and still no one came to take my order so I walked out. I strongly recommend that you do not support this store!!! The employees obviously don’t care about customer service.

Made the mistake of buying old fashions in the afternoon... definitely reminds me of why u don't do that with trucked in donuts that sit in a case all day... hard, chewy and just not very good... tossed them after first bite... never again... iced coffee was very good... luckily

Is the requirement to work at this location to have a bad attitude? On top of the crappy service, you really NEED to check your order before leaving. Ordered a latte and received a coffee. There is a clear difference between the two. This location is so disappointing
