The lot isn't as bad as it looks on satellite view, getting out was actually trickier than getting in. Took a while after my appointment time to get me in a door (fortunately there is plenty of street parking), but they were reasonably quick once I was backed in.

If I could give 0 stars I would this place is a joke. I mean employees just looking for to get paid if you hit there cars. I mean instead of giving delivery truckers ( not the day cabs) a truck with the sleeper a better loading dock but NOOOOO they give you this stupid ass loading dock “see attached picture” which is ridiculous. I really hope that I wouldn’t need to ever come back here.

The docking area is wild but I guess thats what you get when you get to the outskirts of america lol. Watch for people bikes and cars out here. Not much truck traffic which helps. My appt was at 2000 on Tuesday. So maybe I came at a decent time. Checked in at 1730. Sat til 1955. Got call. Docked in dock 1. Easy as pie. Use the driveway across street as pull up space. The guard guy helped by shining light on the door for me in the dark. Very helpful. He also gave me all the instruction I needed to get in and out safely. Glad I didn't have to go to dock 5 like he said at first. But didn't look too bad tbh. Just go super slow. I just didn't like the long wait time for someone to come to your door. It wasma little over 30 mins but that was the least of the issues. 4 stars for the guard and not overbooking the dock doors.
