I Had a midnight appt. I chkd in at security at 2145. I was unloaded and leaving at 2330. Security guy was helpful. He Gabe me clear instructions. Receiving was friendly, efficient, and brought Bills out to me when they were done. Reason I took 1 star away is that it is extremely tight getting into the property, maneuvering around cars to get into the dock, as well as navigating your way back out. The lot isn't as bad as it looks on satellite view, getting out was actually trickier than getting in. Took a while after my appointment time to get me in a door (fortunately there is plenty of street parking), but they were reasonably quick once I was backed in.
The docking area is wild but I guess thats what you get when you get to the outskirts of america lol. Watch for people bikes and cars out here. Not much truck traffic which helps. My appt was at 2000 on Tuesday. So maybe I came at a decent time. Checked in at 1730. Sat til 1955. Got call. Docked in dock 1. Easy as pie. Use the driveway across street as pull up space. The guard guy helped by shining light on the door for me in the dark. Very helpful. He also gave me all the instruction...
