This was the most okay-est pizza and overall experience I've had in a while. The best food was definitely the appetizers, the caprese, and garlic knots, but the knots were still just okay. The pizza left a lot to be desired. It was too greasy for my liking, and the cheese/sauce was bland. They also got our pizza toppings wrong, which is okay because my husband and I aren't too picky. This place has a lot of potential given the atmosphere with the waterfront views, but they need to work on the flavor of their food.Parking: They have the parking lot in the back of the restaurant and some street parking near by. All free.Kid-friendliness: Lots of space for families and a relaxed environmentWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp to entrance

Visited the Sanford/ Lake Mary area and found this wonderful restaurant pizzeria. You walk in the front door and on your right you can see the kitchen, a place to order as well as places for seating and take out.If you want to enjoy the restaurant experience, that'll be to your left located near their curved bar. Please wait to be seated as the sign says and be patient with them. They know you're there and they'll be right there shortly to seat you.We stopped in for lunch. I had the chicken parmesan sandwich which was fantastic served with french fries I had thought about trying out their wings because others were enjoying them on our way to the table. Probably will next time and most likely the pizza as well. The table service staff. We're very friendly. And also served us free garlic knots which were very good. If you're ever in that area looking for this kind of food. Give this place a try. I hope you'll enjoy it.Have fun...

Every time we order delivery, the order is always missing something!And when I call, I always get a different excuse ….. I am not sure why someone can’t double check the order before the bag gets stapled with the food in it to improve the quality control methods that they currently have in place. It’s disappointing , when someone’s meal is missing from the order….. I have asked a manager to call me and no one has ever returned my call!The food is good, but disappointed in the quality of the service and delivery !Vegetarian options: They have a truly vegan menu, which is great, and we love the food!It’s just a quality control of the delivery process that lacks and disappoints !I would ask the management to please review this process and put a quality control method in place to double check orders !

I want to Flomena's pizzeria. Today, with my wife and mother-in-law. I ordered a meatball sub that was not made of meat and tasted. Horrible I would never recommend that sandwich from that location to anyone, it was just nasty.I'm told that the pizza is decent. I'll try that before writing them off for good.

The chicken Parmesan was exquisite I ate every morsel and I will absolutely be returning for more! It’s close to my job so I’m really excited to try the lunch specials and hopefully one day bring my family here for an authentic Italian meal ❤️

Came in Saturday 3-2-2024 with the intention to try and enjoy a nice lunch yet the service, staff who were on the floor at the time were unpleasant, unprofessional, and acted extremely distanced per service throughout the period of my time sitting. I would never come back to this place ever again per Channel 6 places to dine in.

My husband and I came in and gave this place a go. We had an amazing experience, got caught up talking with the staff and the food was amazing. Clean, friendly, good food. Everything was timely and professional. We will definitely make this a monthly date night experience and everything down to the bread is made from scratch.
