Habaneros Mexican Grill

I believe they re-named their restaurant but the food is great as always! They used to be in the Seminole Towne Center Mall but have moved locations to SR46 now in Sanford. The food is always on point here, and delicious! The chips and salsa is some of the best in town, and the house made habaneros hot sauce, is literally fire!! Drinks are always cold and delicious here too. If you are looking for a great Mexican joint, look no further and pay this place a visit!P.S. I have been just recently ordering the whole fried tilapia, it is fried to perfection! My wife usual gets the street tacos. But everything I've ordered here is wonderful!

They are currently understaffed, however even being such, they were very attentive, food and drink were quick, and they were very nice! Had the Supreme Nachos, very tasty! I personally wasn't a fan of the Corona-rita, but I'm very picky. Definitely will be back.

Best Mexican food I have eaten in a long while! Delicious! Food seasoned just right. "Hot!" From beginning to end! Portions... Can anybody say " doggy bag? Lunch or dinner ?.

I'm from Southern Arizona and haven't found great Sonoran style Mexican food in the area. This is one of better options, IMHO. I got take out and it was good. The $15 Grande Platter with chicken was plenty for two hungry adults. Really generous amount of tasty chicken in the dishes. Happy that they moved out of the mall. Would be even better with mask requirements and curbside.

Great food! Lots of options for vegetarian!! Huge portions and tasty tacos and sizzlers! I gave only 4 because of the fried ice cream.. It tasted like sand and too sugary!!

I don't know how to say this but...super cute decor. The outside doesn't do the inside justice.Our server Crystal was so kind and hurried our food and kept our refills up. We told her we were heading to the movies after.Excellent experience. Food was great.

I feel bad writing this because the waitress was so nice. The food was the worst, quality and taste. I received a buy one get one free coupon, and regret going.Food doesn't seen fresh, and it's definitely microwaves.The atmosphere is a bit dodgy, it smells a bit moldy.Definitely will not be coming back.

Let me just say the service was TERRIBLE. Great ambiance and good food, but will not be returning. Some of the women who work there look like they despise their job and are doing you the favor of seating you and taking your drink order. The others take 40 minutes to come by your table to take your food order and then take another 40 to take your second drink order. The employee to customer ratio was high, but for some reason the servers weren’t doing their job.

Food is great and the staff is friendly. Wide variety of different Hispanic food from burritos, tacos, and rice plates. Very nice interior with ample amount of seating and a really nice bar. Highly recommend.

Very very good had the Soupa Azteca and the super nachos and burrito and churros all good my mom and sister kept raving about this place so I had to try cuz I have been trying to find a good Mexican restaurant on Sanford for 2 yrs and I finally found one tonight. Ask for Crystal she was our server and did awesome will definelty be back
