German food to die for. This restaurant has all the German favorite dishes, sauerbraten, schnitzels, all kinds of brats and sausages, potatoe pancakes and more. Waitress was outstanding, knowledgeable, attentive and prompt. The German beer is also excellent. Definitely will return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Tasty drinks, delicious food, great service, TONS of seating & a super fun environment. Right in the heart of the old tiwn/village area.

This would have been a 5 star review as the food was great but we were seated at a table for 2 in extremely close proximity to the people already eating to the right of us and the table in less than an arms length away from us on the left gad dirty dishes with uneaten food still sitting there… Extremely unappetizing. SPREAD THE TABLES OUT!

Been going to Hollerbach for over 10 years, today was the worst experience we've had. Food was overcooked and not very authentic and the prices have skyrocketed. This has been our German getaway for years but no longer, I feel they're relying on their past reputation but when it's as bad as it was today, it's time to look elsewhere. I think they need to refocus on their German restaurant and quit expanding to burger joints etc.

While it is about 1.5 hours away from me, this is my place to go to get my German on. The atmosphere is amazing. Food is great. They also have 2 stores around the corner. 1 for Bavarian outfits and decorative stuff and a deli to shop and eat at. I usually buy all my needs there, cold cuts included.

Wow!! As a first timer at Hollerbach's Oktoberfest 2025 what a great experience!!

I had gotten a currywurst mit pommes for the first time and that was a great option! 👍

The atmosphere from the tables being in rows to watching the people dance; it was a very lively atmosphere 👌

Parking is a bit tight so make sure to get there early! Parking is FREE and seems like there is a lot of spaces but get there early! Free admission to the event as well was a great perk!

Make sure to make your way over to the restaurant for an authentic treat and a good time!

Used to come here frequently. Tonight we came for dessert and a shot of liqueur.. Cake was good but liqueur was served in a cheap tiny plastic shot glass that tasted like it was watered down and had absolutely no flavor or liquor. Last visit for food was not better. Definitely servicing the masses, not quality. No attention to detail or quality.

Friday for lunch was our first time here. Wunderbar!!! The next time we're passing through the area, we are definitely stopping here. The picture is that of their Ruben sandwich. The Bienenstich is also good. Because the temperature is warmer than in Germany, the center filling is made out of pudding instead of the scrumptious whipped cream.

This is a very fun German restaurant especially during October fest. It was very busy but everyone had a good time. The food is traditional and the atmosphere was festive.

Hollerbachs is one of my favorite restaurants and I go there often. I love their sausages and the doppelbok on tap is the best in the Orlando area. A side of spetzle with Yager gravy is always a plus and of course, one of their famous oatmeal cookies for dessert.

Edit 2 10-14-25: I had a few pints. Then I asked for a half pour before I left. She gave me another pint. Apparently that is a half pour of the liter. Fair enough, not mad.

Edit: You can't come here for food or beer and not be happy. This is a winning combination and it is always a stop for us when drinking and eating around Sanford.

How can you not love the willow tree? Beer and food is great. Get a boot!!
