I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Sanford, FL location on Veterans Day. Although our server, Natalia, provided outstanding service, making the day enjoyable and explaining details clearly, the overall experience was undermined by the manager’s handling of the Veterans Special promotion. It left an unfortunate impression that veterans’ participation in this promotion was met with resistance.
