I have been coming to this buffet for years. The hibachi is my go to. There are plenty of items on the menu. If its seafood you're looking for they have a limited menu. But the sushi bar is always fresh. They have. Asalad bar if that what you're looking for. And the ice cream selection isnt bad But they have rainbow sherbet. Plenty of parking and you won't leave disappointed .

This was the worst buffet experience I have ever had. The food I had was lukewarm warm not hot, the food did not look appetizing. We were on lunch and drove a long way so we figured we would just stay and try it. I didn’t even bother with the sushi because the temperature was very warm in that area even though they cool the sushi from the bottom, wouldn’t risk it. My 3 friends had one or 2 bites of their food and they wanted to leave. The manager wouldn’t even give us a discount when I asked very politely initially. When my friends became obviously annoyed at having to pay 20$ full price for not even finishing one plate, that’s when she provided the discount. When I asked her the first time there should have been understanding and a compromise provided. There should not have to be a debate about this issue for it so get resolved. This was absolutely aggravating and unnecessarily confrontational. There was also a smell that was lingering in the restaurant. Mind you, I have never felt the need to leave a bad review. The manager only compromised when all my friends came up to speak to her and pushed back a little bit. That’s rude as I literally asked her in the nicest soft way possible the first time. Please keep your food hot and improve customer service when your customers don’t like your food.

Used to like them but the last few times I went food that was suppose to hot was cold, they did not clean their oysters properly your hands get dirty just trying to get the meat of the shell! And when we told them this the manager was like I remember you from before you complained then to! I replied we have never complained since we have been coming here till today! And we could have! told her I don't like to get accused of something I did not do! I told her my husband I won't be back and they really raised their prices for the same stuff they have always had! Steer clear of this place!
Update: I've gone three more times since my previous review and every time I have gotten sick after I've ate the oysters, you would think that I would learn after the first few times but no I went back a third time because family from out of town wanted to go there and again I got sick on the oysters and I know it's the oysters because everything else that I ate was normal food, I'm really turned off by this restaurant now and I will not go back whatever you do if you go don't get the oysters or the raw shrimp because it could be either one!!!!

We love this buffet! It has been our go-to buffet choice since we moved to sanford in 2021. Hibachi is always so delicious. My only complaint is I wish more items were labeled in the buffet so I know what my options are. Im vegetarian so that would make things a bit easier but honestly my go-to selection is a plate or two of hibachi and dessert! Definitely worth the visit! Reasonably priced as well.
