Four stars for this place! Kelly was an absolutely fantastic server - friendly, attentive, and really made our dining experience special. The food was a bit of a mixed bag, hence the four stars instead of five. Some dishes were absolutely knock-your-socks-off delicious, showcasing real culinary skill. However, a few things, like the strawberries that came with dessert, could have used a little extra something - maybe a touch more syrup to really bring out their sweetness. Overall, a great meal with excellent service, just a few minor tweaks needed in the kitchen to make it perfect. We'll definitely be back!

We went in for dinner Sunday 1/5. We had Rianna as our server and she did a phenomenal job. She seemed to be the only one serving and had multiple tables. She was friendly and attentive. Got our food out to us quickly. Refilled our drinks etc. great job Rianna!

We went on a Sunday evening for dinner, they were slow, but things picked up as we were there. Pamela was the only one working as a server, as a hostess seating people, and handling the front of the restaurant by herself, she handled all the tables and a larger party in a back room like a pro. The food was good, on par with what I'd expect from an IHOP, but her kindness and positive attitude were what made it a good experience. She checked in on us an appropriate amount, made sure we had drinks, answered questions, and accommodated our needs. I wish every restaurant employee was like her!
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu that includes a few popular items and silver dollar pancakes.

Warm hospitality on a cold, cold morning. We were welcomed by the manager and seated. We were promptly served delicious hot beverages (coffee & hot chocolate) by our friendly server, these women were very polite and kind. Our food, typical IHOP breakfast fare, was served promptly and exactly as ordered. It hit the spot! Thanks for taking care of us & God bless.

My family and I been here quite a few times and I must say we continue to go back. Each time we've been there we have had a great experience.
Our waitress Mimi is the best. She has a great attitude and shows that she loves her work and what she does. People like Mimi in the service industry is very hard to find.
I want IHOP to know she is a diamond in the rough and please let her know.
So when you go to this IHOP make sure you ask for Mimi, she is the best!

I will never visit an ihop ever again $64 for 2 people is crazy their scrambles eggs taste and look like frozen eggs out of a dollar store. Each refill for drinks is charged moral of the story too pricey for what you get I can eat better for half the price at plenty places

Sorry if this applies to the other Sanford location. I will never eat at a ihop location again. She paid for the meal and meant good will. A verbal warning of policy should have sufficed. 13 year employee being fired for being a Good Samaritan act leaves a bad taste on pancakes. Goodbye ihop. Your policy just fired a 13 year employee for being giving during the holidays. Good look.

My family of 4 got here about 10:30 they closed at 11.
Bill was a little less then $70 gave Waitress $80 for a 15% tip Waitress complaining about the tip I had lift for her. So this is why I'm giving this IHOP a 1 star. And a 2 star for service

We have patronized IHOP, about once a week, for some time now. Recently relocated to FL, so started going to this IHOP location. Our customer service experience this morning was horrible, so we will not be returning. Arrived to a nearly empty resturant this morning at 0844. After several minutes the server took both a drink and food order. We did not see her again. It appeared 2 servers were working. We watched as other patron's were seated, had orders taken, and drinks delivered by the other server. After 12 minutes or so, and having not seen our server since our order was taken, we queried the other server working to see if we could get our drinks. We reminded her that we had been waiting about 10 minutes. She then went to the kitchen, where shortly after we (and the whole resturant) could hear our server blow up over the suggestion that we had been waiting for 10 minutes. We could hear her (from the kitchen) tell the other server that we would get service when she was ready to provide it! We decided then to leave. I advised the manager that we were cancelling our orders and leaving the resturant. He claimed to have not been aware of what was going on, up until I canceled the order. This despite the fact that the entire resturant reacted to our server's outburst from the kitchen and he had been in the kitchen at the time she had her outburst. He didn't seem too concerned when I told him why we were leaving. We generally don't expect, or require, much in the way of service. A respectful exchange with our server and food delivered hot. A pretty low bar to clear really. Too bad, we've enjoyed the food. If the fanchisee is wondering why patrons choose not to come back, it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

Stay far away. I was there for lunch before getting on the Auto train. I put the lunch on my credit card. I left the tip in cash on the table. A few days later my credit card company sent me a message cause there was a 50% tip added to my card. I put I a complaint to corporate. The manager of the store got back to me saying that the girl who waited on me was new and she was not trained right! Huh? They wanted to make it up to me. My credit card gave me a credit, I would never go back there. Don't go there, they are all in on it. What a ridiculous excuse. The server wasn't trained right.
