Came based on ice cream reviews. Ice cream was actually the low point. Overall positive experience, though. Coffee 5 stars, service 4 stars, ice cream sadly wasn't anything special. We were more impressed with the shop 1 block away. Still worth a stop if you have some time to kill.

Went here the other night just before closing and the guy in the coffee shop side shook his head. I’m sorry but if you don’t feel like doing your job until it’s time to go: Find A New Job!!! The girl who helped me: made it clear that they close in xx minutes. Like yes, I am aware 😐we came in for a simple ice cream and milkshake. Opted for no tip due to rude service and was STILL charged a tip. If you want your place to bloom I suggest you find workers that actually have customer service! I will never come back here, at least to this location.

Kellys has the best ice cream I've had in Florida. Its delicious and perfectly creamy! The atmosphere is also great and staff is super nice. My favorite is birthday cake with sprinkles!

The ice cream is frost bitten and lacks flavor... if you order a small they give you a medium cup then get snippy with you... because you dont want your child to have to much sugar. And still charge you for the size after she said its the same price at the tiny cup

Cookie Butter Swirl is the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Unfortunately it’s seasonal, and gone for the rest of the year. Another great choice for a hot day is the root beer float. Staff is lovely and helpful.
The Parent Trap and Rice Krispies ice cream flavors, served in a waffle cone, were delicious. The location was clean, and the staff provided attentive and polite service.
