Rushed and was told I had all my food. No jalapeno poppers, family was disappointed.

EDIT: My spicy chicken sandwich was the oldest and tiniest piece of chicken I've ever seen. Arby's $3 chicken sandwich is way bigger and better. Very bad experience, changes from 2 stars to one star.

Banner says $15 bucket deal. No fine print. Charged $25 at window.....needed coupon from somewhere. Better than Casselberry...they are always out of chicken

I am normally pretty chill about food service but the experience I had with this KFC was outrageous. I was waiting for a good 10 minutes or so for someone to man the register and I eventually had to get the attention of an employee to get an update on the food I ordered online. The employees response was cold and she just pointed to the empty online order shelf and said "it'll be there when it's ready" and walked off. They were super slow in making everyone's orders and I had to wait another ten minutes for the food I ordered. They didn't use any gloves when handling the food also. Overall, I was shocked by the lack of customer service and the inefficiency of the kitchen. I say all this not to put anyone down but to further help the establishment because it greatly needs it.

Tried them again for a second chance and stood at the counter being ignored for 10 minutes by 2 different employees went through the drive thru and ask why I was ignored at the counter answer was short and curt that I have to order on the Kiosk. There is nothing that states that and there is still a POS at the counter. I would happily order on the kiosk and not deal with these employees but when it can’t resolve a question someone should help you. That’s 2 times now with rude employees I will spend my money elsewhere.

Female in the drive through with orange nails rude as hell.

Our normal location has Mac n cheese, she was rude when saying they don’t serve that. (First time there)

Said I wanted the nugget deal and she said the 2 pc.

Asked for water and didn’t get it.

Asked if I could get some ketchup at the window, looked at me smugly while getting it.

I said thank you, she slammed the little door and said nothing before I could even pull my hand back in.

Horrible customer service, was in line for 20 mins just to place my order and had to wait an additional 15 minutes after paying before I went inside to check on my order for it to still not be ready, which I waited an additional 15 minutes just for the order to be incorrectly fixed. Every employee was just walking around like they don’t know how to do their job and as if they had no customers waiting for their food. Highly do not recommend spending your money in this establishment even if they were the only restaurant open in the city. Very disappointed with my experience.

Came here to order food with a coupon I received in the mail. We were told to we have to use the kiosk. I asked can I use the coupon with the Kiosk. The young ladies response was “You still have to use the kiosk.”. She quickly walked away after saying that.

I attempted to use the kiosk and the meal I wanted to order was not available for the price displayed on the coupon.

This was my first time coming here and will be my last based on the customer service. They may as well stop sending coupons in the mail if I will not be able to use them.

If you're in a hurry, don't come to this location. I waited 35 minutes for my food, and they finally claimed that a drive-through order took all of what I ordered, so they had to make more. When I worked in the food industry, the people who were inside the store came first, not drive-through.
It's not like I was in a rush or anything whenever I came. HINT, HINT!
GET THE LEAD OUT!
