Placed a $60 order on the app for pick up, get to the store and it’s closed. Not a single person inside on a Monday at 7pm. It definitely debited out of my bank and I have no resolution to get it back until they decide to reopen I guess. How does this even happen they are brand new!

I had given up on KFC for many years, the lack of quality in the size of their chicken at the KFC was nasty work but I stopped in today at this location. Let me tell you what I was very satisfied not only with the quality of food here, but the size of the chicken was like I remember it when I was a kid and Tonita was perfect the customer service was excellent. I couldn't have asked for anything better. She went out her way to help me. I will definitely stop by again.

I went into this location at 3 pm on Friday. There were 3 people working in the back and I stood at the front for almost 10 minutes. 2 of the people looked at me but continued to make food for themselves and continue with a conversation that was not pleasant and they didn’t even acknowledge my presence. They could have told me I’ll be with you in a minute or something. I just thought it was rude. 1 family eating inside. No one at the drive thru. Will not be coming back. At least Chik-Fil-A greets their customers. Not rude like you 3 were. You should not even have a job there. Fire these people. They don’t care about customer service.

This place is brand new, so overall, cleanliness is intact. The order was completed accurately. Chicken was supposedly extra crispy, NOT. Fries okay, Biscuits were okay with jelly and honey. Prices are higher even with combo meals, hardly saving much.Return visit not foreseen

Waited in line behind another party for a minute or so. Then the lady behind the counter instructs all of us to use the kiosk because she won't take orders in person. Should we cook our own food too? Why do you take orders from the take out window in person but force dine in to ring themselves up? You should wall off the counter and put a small hole where they shove your food at you. At least that way your employees won't have to look at the paying customers.

Tried to eat there. There was only one couple in the restaurant. No customers at the counter. Stood there a long time before leaving without ordering. No one showed a desire to take our order or even acknowledge our presence.

Food was undercooked. Very unpleasant staff. Visited This location twice and both times the food was excessively greasy and staff not welcoming at all. This is a new location and it's disappointing how staff can bring down an establishment. The only positive thing I can report is that the seating area was clean.
