I normally come into the store, but I worked overnight and I work morning shift. I got off of work to go pick up my kids at 1:50 and I called the establishment to be able to place an order online after I got it settled in the lady said that she put my order in. It’ll be ready in 20 minutes. I waited in my school my kids school For over 20 minutes in the pick up line as soon as I got done I drove from Winter Springs to Sanford when I make it to the store the young lady who took my order act like she was so confused on my order so it never got put in the system so you told me that my order would be ready in 20 minutes and once I make it there, You didn’t put my order in while we was on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager, which I was told no Manager wasn’t in Store when I made it there the Manager Nona Was at the location so I was like you remember you took my order he kept trying to sell me chicken and I kept telling him I just want the vegetable rice I’m vegan. I don’t eat meat The young lady Alexa that I spoke to over the phone told me it was gonna be ready Which I started recording, which I informed both of them that I was recorded because they was getting rude. I’ve told them like I never placed the order online, but I did it this time because I’m tired and I wanted to just you know pay for my food and leave. I would like to submit this video to corporate so they can see how I was mistreated even with me being respectful yes ma’am, no sir he started speaking to me in Spanish, which you can obvious you could tell. I don’t speak Spanish, so I feel like he was being rude and saying some disrespectful things out of his mouth because he know I didn’t speak Spanish so I would like to go a step further because the professionals know went out the door when you started speaking to me and being rowdy and yelling at the top of your voice, I would like for someone to reach out to me. I can leave my email or I could leave. phone number I did ask for corporate number and nobody wanted to give it to me just like nobody wanted to give me their names so I don’t even know if I got the proper name but if I didn’t, it was located in the Sanford area the most rude disrespectful Customer service that I receive and I really don’t make complaints on nobody because I try not to get no one in trouble, but this one was outrageous. The way I was handled the way I was talked to the way I was disrespected just made me feel Lord and low.I thought Customer was always right, but in this case he just didn’t even hear me out even when I show him try to tell him I have proof that I called you over 50 minutes before I got there

Stopped in for lunch and was hankering for ceviche. I had the Mixed Ceviche, Not the best ceviche I've ever had. It was certainly edible! Don't get me wrong I finished it, but maybe my American tastes aren't adjusted to traditional Peruvian recipes. Very acidic, and a couple pieces were tough.
My wife and kids had the half chicken and plantains which were really good and well priced.
I would definitely go back, clean, affordable, staff were friendly.

Five stars for this hidden gem that serves fast food with real flavor. La Granja in Sanford is friendly, quick, and packed with authentic Latin taste that doesn’t feel like fast food at all.
There’s plenty of parking and lots of seating inside, but I usually swing by to pick up dinner on my way home from work. This time, I ordered the sautéed steak topped with grilled peppers and onions, served with rice; so flavorful and satisfying. I also grabbed an arepa de choclo, a rice pudding, and an alfajo cookie. The desserts were tasty enough to curb my sweet tooth, but the real magic is in the savory dishes.
Service can be hit or miss; if the manager is helping you, it’s super friendly. Some of the girls at the register are a bit shy, but never rude. Overall, I love stopping here… everything tastes fresh, and it never disappoints.
Super delicious rotisserie and plantain. Wish they had spinach and cheese empanadas like the menu says but wasn't able to order them! But I definitely enjoyed the chicken. Super fresh and well cooked.
