The staff are super unfriendly and slow, no sense of urgency. The girl on the register really must hate her job, and the orher employees just chillen standing around. This location needs work. Worst customer service ever.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place was horrible to the food and the customer service. I had a string in my chicken I pull it right out of the chicken the manager Carolyn didn't do anything about she was rude and very nasty!! The food made me and my 4 year old sick to our stomach we were throwing up. All Carolyn had to say was go to the hospital it was so rude. They have no customers satisfaction at all. Do not eat here at all!! Save your money and go somewhere else!

The Chicken strips and potato wedges are yummy! (I dip the potatoes in mayonnaise) 🙂 I never thought I would find coleslaw that I love as much as my Moms, but I did. ❤️ I also want to say that the update looks great in there. The employees are always super friendly as well. 😃

We ordered takeout. Order was confirmed. When we arrived, we were told that part of the order was not available. They offered to substitute but we instead canceled our order but the manager said that he couldn't refund because it was ordered online and he did not know how to correct. Very disappointed. This place is usually very good.

The food tasted very try good and the service was amazing Yesterday the young girl Imari should get a raise she will go out of her way to help and make sure her customers are satisfied and she welcomed me with a warm smile and ask what can I do for her she’s a lovely sweet girl , and the food the cooks did a delighted job I can tasted every flavor, keep up the good work LEE’s

Fry chicken so white not even ICE would touch it. I wanted spicy chicken sandwitch and It was extremly bland and dry. Used to be so much better

HORRIBLE CANT MAKE FOOD COOK TO ORDER SO DISGUSTING I THOUGHT AFTER THE REMODEL IT WOULD BE BETTER BUT ITS TERRIBLE NEVER AGAIN! This was grandma's fav place so we've been coming here for decades and they have usually had great chicken and sides and hands down, the best chicken livers anywhere. But last time (July 2025) was awful, food was old n greasy. So this time I asked the person at the window to make sure it was fresh and they had the audacity to tell me it would cost extra if I wanted fresh food! I realize this is probably the laziness of the staff at the moment but had to let it be known because I couldn't believe they said that!

My go to chicken spot near home. The best fast fried chicken you’ll ever have. This spot is totally unassuming, but well worth the visit.

Chicken tenders are thick and juicy. Coleslaw is creamy, biscuits are buttery and soft. Wedges are crisp.

Staff is quick and provides service with a smile, and prices are very reasonable. Cannot stop talking about Lee’s.
