I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. I placed a delivery order over an hour before closing, paid for delivery, and even tipped. When the food arrived, the order was wrong, and to make things worse, one of the pizza boxes was LITERALLY COMPLETELY empty.
I tried calling the store three different times to resolve the issue, but each time I was put on hold. When I drove to the location around 10:25 PM, the employees were just cleaning up, and the store was empty of customers. When I walked in, neither of the two employees acknowledged me. The female even looked directly at me and then looked away. I had to raise my voice just to get their attention.
In the end, I only got a refund, no apology, no effort to make things right, and no offer to replace the food I had already waited for. After paying for delivery and tipping, I ended up having to drive to the store myself just to deal with rude service and no resolution beyond a refund.
Extremely unprofessional, disappointing, and not what I expect from Marco’s. I’ll be calling the manager, and honestly it’s not that serious over pizza, but to be acting like that when you’re lazy and clearly dgaf about customers it’s a problem. This happened Sept 13 @ 10:30pm.

Over 2 hours for a delivery on a Monday, the staff was incredibly rude to us and our delivery driver, would not even speak to the delivery driver. Terrible first impression won’t be ordering anything from them again.

Went to restaurant tonight while in town at 10:23…. Man at counter stated that his ovens are off and cannot take orders… stated he is simply open to have people pick up orders that have already been ordered and he is counting money…. Will not take an order for a pizza 30 minutes prior to close

Kerri kept me on hold for 20 min.. 2 different times..no apology.... i called the other marcos pizza and Diamond said she would take our order...thank you Diamond... for running a business...and doing your job! I started calling at 910 pm and its now 10..i was trying to pick up my order at reinheart sanford now im paying delivery fees...

Everything was great today. The guy working at 11am today was fantastic.
Dakar greeted me with a smile and helped me graciously. He showed me different crusts as I wasn't sure which would be best for my two grandsons, ages 5 & 2.5. Babysitting that evening I needed just the RIGHT large cheese pie for us. He was of great assistance, and patient. I was the only customer at that moment & he made me feel special. I also got cinna-squares & a 2-liter Pepsi which was just PERFECT!! The price was unexpectedly reasonable & DAKAR deserves recognition for serving so well. 5 STARS

Shout out to the Marco's Pizza in Sanford. I was busy finishing up my last preparations before Hurricane Milton arrives tonight. Therefore, I didn't have time to make dinner so I drove around looking for a quick dinner through any fast food drive through and EVERYTHING was closed. Even McDonald's!! It was 3pm. My kids already expected me to come back with dinner so I decided to try ordering pizza and not even 15 minutes later the pizza arrived and dinner was served. I tipped the driver $15 because it was already raining & I couldn't believe they were open. Thank you Marco's Pizza! Your storm savers!
