I ordered 2 medium pizzas several weeks ago, both we’re supposed to be light marinara sauce - they came heavy on the sauce even though it clearly noted it on the box. The cheese was not melted and the pizza was not cut all the way. I called immediately and the lady was very nice and said they put a credit on my account for the next time i ordered.
I just called to place a order and I was very rudely spoken to that I don’t have a credit on my account.

I wish I could post a picture because these things they delivered to me that are supposed to be chicken wings are an absolute joke! Hardly any sauce on at all, and when I say that the wings are small, that’s an understatement. The one I took a picture of is actually no bigger than my thumbnail. The pizza is tasty, although lately, it’s been a 50-50 crapshoot as to whether my order is made correctly or not. But these wings, this is just ridiculous.
We ordered calzones, they didn’t look like calzones, they didn’t taste like calzones, they were very doughy, in fact the dough was not cooked completely and there was no ricotta cheese. They weren’t bad, but definitely not what we thought we had ordered. I never heard of a calzone with no ricotta. Also they were different sizes even though they were supposed to be the same…
