Starting to eat healthier after being an avid carnivore years I must say the no meat chickpea wrap was delicious. Defiantly a new go to spot on my new healthy journey.

My wife and I came here for the first time, yesterday. The atmosphere was pleasant and we were the only ones there. I thought that a bit odd for Saturday morning but didn’t think much of it.
Honestly, the food was just okay. The açaí was lacking in flavor and neither of ours was not mixed well as we still had large frozen bits in our bowls. My wife had hair in hers which prompted us to bring this to the management. The girl behind the register said that she had texted the manager for the refund, which was a still have not received. That really inexcusable.

Was excited to find another all-natural smoothie / açaí bowl place. Everything is made fresh and on-site, including the açaí base upon ordering.
Unfortunately, the base barely had any flavor at all. They either added some ice, or too much banana and other fruit to have that true tart, açaí flavor. It was not mixed well (for both of that got a bowl), and there was still açaí packet frozen in the blend.
When I, a novice and not the professional, can make it better at home, that means I won’t pay $15 for them to make it again.
The place is super cute! Very well decorated, and the kids behind the counter were kind and prompt in serving. But there was nobody else in there at all either.
I also had a hair deep into my bowl, so ate half of it before I found the long black hair in it. Did not finish it want a replacement.

The hours on Google need to be changed. I usually always come before I go to work at 9 but now they don't open till 9. I ordered a bowl at like 8:35 got a notification that my order was ready at 8:45 and I got there at 8:50 the door was locked. I waited outside for 10 minutes and when the girl unlocked the door she just walked away didn't open the door or acknowledge me at all. I went up to the counter and she asked if I was picking up a togo order so she knew I had been there waiting. If you don't open till 9 now that should reflect on the ordering page as well. This is unacceptable. The employee seemed like she was annoyed to be there. Totally ick attitude! My bowl has fruit that was starting to turn transparent which means it had probably been cut and sitting from the day before. $12 for day old food that's advertised as being fresh is rough. I used to love coming here but the customer service and food consistency has went super downhill. This is the 3rd time now I've left unhappy to where I feel like a review is needed to bring this to the owners attention. I don't think I'll be back. I rather drive to Lake Mary and go to Sol Bowl where the staff is super friendly and welcoming, you can also get a regular size bowl there for the price of a 1/2 bowl at mason bar.

I’ll start by saying that the smoothies, raw treats, and the chick pea wrap are delicious. I will mention that usually the wrap comes with a side of chips but none were offered or given this time. I think this is something that should remain consistent. The main reason I am leaving this review though is because of the banana toast. I came here about a year ago and my friend ordered the toast and it was so delicious with the blueberry syrup so I ordered it this time for myself. The blueberry syrup was super watered down and looked nothing compared to the amount that is shown on the website. I don’t know if maybe this batch of syrup was too watered down and they still chose to use it anyway but it was not worth it for the amount of $$.
