Why does it take over an hour for “fast food “every time i order they always forget my nuggets, cheap with the fries.I order large and get a medium size in a large box. Sit at the drive-thru waiting to get your order taken for 10 minutes and then they skip you. Then send you to the end of the waitlist and when there's no one in line. This is absolutely one of the worst management McDonald's on the planet.

i came here at night and ordered my hamburger and i asked for no cheese. it had cheese on it and the whole burger was wrong entirely, so i asked to remake it and it was wrong again with my drink being wrong too plus my food was very old. 😞

Haven’t received my food yet but I have been waiting 45 mins for a fry and a chicken sandwich. I’m sure my order will be wrong as it always is. That’s why I won’t get fast food or eat out anymore. EVERYTIME i went here it was wrong or missing something. After this happened for 2 years straight with not a single order correct, I stopped coming here. Today is the first time I tried in 3 years. Seems like I will be going back to not going to McDonald’s anymore. I will try Wendy’s before I completely give up fast food again. Their prices are at least normal

The location is hard to access and the parking lot is congested. We had to wait on the side for our food. This was disappointing since we only ordered two items.

Not understanding why the food is ALWAYS cold and why we always have to wait 15 minutes.. It takes 5 minutes just for someone to take your order rather your inside or not. Then when you finally receive your order it’s always wrong after repeating the order 5 times to the worker. Not sure what’s going on with this management but it SUCKS… Not only that the workers as well are horrible.. I can never receive good customer service here or even my food.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to… Waited 10 minutes for one double cheeseburger and fries… ORDER WAS COLD WHEN I RECEIVED IT….Managers are always rude saying you can’t get things when they are available… They just don’t feel like making it…Ordered off the mobile app a simple frappe and once I arrived to the restaurant I was told it wasn’t available when it was on the app… Was also told I cannot get a refund???…The drive thru employees also tend to have an attitude while your ordering…. If you want FAST FOOD go to another location…

Apparently open 24 hours means only taking orders until midnight and then doing nothing until 5:30 or 6 when next shift comes in. I sent my husband out because I'm pregnant and having a pregnancy craving. My husband was told they weren't taking any orders due to being short staffed. He didn't mind waiting but he was told only 2 people were working. Of course you have to drive by the drive thru windows and he could clearly see 4 people inside doing nothing. What's the point of being open if you're not going to take orders. I'm glad I didn't order through the app or I would be fighting to get credited back. I have shown up before at 5:15am to get coffee before work and being turned away until 5:30 because they are short staffed and again driving around seeing multiple people sitting in the back with feet kicked up. This location needs a whole needs overnight staff that understands that they're being paid to make orders for people who work late, those who want a bite to eat after being out at the bar, and people like me who send their spouses out to curb their pregnancy cravings. Dayshift is great but overnight crew needs some work. Very disappointing.

I ordered 3 hot coffee with 2 shit of expresso on each one with an oatmeal and none of the coffee had any expresso also my oatmeal was so dry that I could not eat it I would like a refund
