I ordered 3 hot coffee with 2 shit of expresso on each one with an oatmeal and none of the coffee had any expresso also my oatmeal was so dry that I could not eat it I would like a refund

By far the worst McDonald's I ever ordered from. My Medium drink came in a small cup which they claim is their medium but every other McDonald's I go to its a small. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich because I wanted the tomatoes and lettuce but look at this shit no tomatoes đ the fries are half way. I shouldn't have to pay full price for a half ass meal. Every time I order from this specific McDonald's I am always disappointed. It's a new year I suggest yall get new management.

Terrible customer service, they ask you to wait for your food at the reserved drive thru spot, which I am ok with it, and when I asked them, I want to order a small drink( I was not asking for a free drink), They want me to drive around and order it at the drive-thru. Also, cashiers and order takers are very rude. I'm not coming back to this location. You better drive to the next location.. and save you the bad experience.

Ordered hotcakes with a saussage patty, instead of telling me they dont have saussage, they gave me hotcakes with a beef patty that was covered in so much onion and garlic....didn't go with the hotcakes at all and what really upsets me is that they didnt even tell me and just assumed I wouldn't know which I find disrespectful. I would've ordered something else if I knew, pancakes with garlic and onions do not taste good.

I've been going there at least 3 to 4 times a week. It's always been subpar, but in the last month or so, it's been horrible. I order a ice coffee with sugar and cream. And a hash Brown every once in a while, I'll throw in a sandwich.And my order's messed app almost every time. They can't make the coffee right! They give me the wrong size. They ring me up wrong. I wait up to 10 minutes to speak to somebody on the drive. Through, do not go to this place. Management is terrible, service is terrible. Do not go!!!! burger. King is right across the street.

I went to the McDonaldâs on 1st street in Sanford and one of my mcChickens were missing from my order so I called and got the manager named CHANCE on the phone and he told me to write his name on the bag to replace it and I went to ask another question and he literally just said âOK OK MANâ and just hung up in my face and repeatedly sent me to voicemail every time I tried to call back.
Everyone was so friendly, food came out quickly, and this was the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been in.

Order was wrong for a start, second I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Jade, a girl who couldn't spell customer service let alone provide it. Refused to serve me at the till, it's not against McDonald's policy, she just couldn't be bothered. She then swore at her manager when she asked Jade to go in the back. I should add that it is Christmas eve, the grinch has definitely arrived at the Sanford McDonalds.

I went thru the drive thru and placed my order. I paid and was asked to wait at spot 5. When my order was brought out to me the bag didn't have my fries got the order again the bag now didn't have my barbecue sauces and it is a complete wrong sandwich not what I ask for.
