This McDonald’s is the worst. They don’t have anyone working the front and the majority of the workers must hate their job. I came through the drive thru and after being parked and made to wait, my order was wrong. No biggie, I came inside to get it corrected but no one was up front. There was a guy in front of me who said he had been waiting for a while and although workers were coming and going to drop delivery or pick up orders no one would acknowledge him. I finally flagged down a worker and she actually held her hand out in a do not bother me gesture. I held up my bag and explained that I received the wrong order. She grudgingly took the bag with a deep sigh and rolled her eyes! The poor guy in front of me just wanted to order a coffee but had cash so he didn’t think he could order through the kiosk which is literally the only option. I felt bad for him so I ordered through the kiosk for him. I don’t know how this place stays open.

Don’t really do reviews but this McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too service doesn’t even deserve a star food was cold no sauces in the bag when I asked I orders snack wrap meal and kids meal the snack wraps wasn’t even wrapped it was a taco if I wanted a taco I would have gone to Taco Bell kids meal 4 piece was cold like how yall have warmers for them and so was the fries cold and stale like it was in the fry basket for too long no new fries just bad experience I will not return to this location and I advice you not to return to this location as well

A heavenly experience with Neveah! Awesome attitude, fast friendly service!
We ate in. Food was good but they never gave us napkins or a straw even with the happy meal. There was nobody to ask for the napkins and a straw so we had to stand at the counter until someone from the back finally came out to ask

10-6-25 I went to get food me an my daughter (other kids in car) shaquita Stafford make it notice that I know she’s there very loud as she’s on phone with law Inforcement trying to have me trespassed with a disturbing situation that has nothing to do with her but a former employee, which is a manager Inga rozier….pulled a fire arm on me an tryed to hit me with her vehicle now she’s telling employees and managers there to call law-enforcement to have a trespass, but she no longer works there an shaquita Stafford is making me real uncomfortable she’s the only one who bothers me an have something to say about a situation that has nothing to do with her I don’t do no funny business. I don’t argue. I don’t even get angry around my kids so I called law-enforcement or bothering me why I got my kids, especially with the situation that has nothing to do with you. You shouldn’t even know about what’s going on to be honest. Just to wait for her to watch me for my order not to be correct

Bad service. Truly, from the manager who was there the night of October 8th. The girl taking the order made a mistake on one product (a frappé), and the manager leaned out the window, saying my wife made a mistake and that was the product. Supposedly, the client is right always? Ironically, I told him to check the audio and camera to see what my wife had said, versus what the girl had put in the order. Clearly, a very disrespectful and unprofessional manager, with a very gangster-like attitude.
