I don't know what happened to this McDonald's they renovated it and it looks good but the food got crappy. How sad I use to love this McDonald's. Service is so-so

I’ve never seen a fast food restaurant operate so slowly. McDonald’s is supposed to be quick and convenient, but this location completely misses the mark. The service is painfully slow, and the employees seem uninterested in helping customers. No sense of urgency, no communication, and definitely no attention to detail. Orders are often wrong, and when you try to get it fixed, the staff acts like it’s a huge inconvenience. If you’re in a rush or just want decent service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Took 45 minutes for me to get a simple breakfast. The manager or team lead on duty didn’t care and would hide out in their office while their complete operation was failing.

I don’t think any McDonalds should take longer than 20 minutes maximum. Much less 40 minutes. How can fast food be so slow? For small orders? Truly a miracle.

This location is always so slow and the food is always cold the only reason I go to this one is because it's closest to my house I waited 30 min to get my mobile order it's ridiculous for as long as they make you wait the least they could do is have the food be fresh - this is how my food was brought out today not even wrapped the just threw the sandwich in the bag
