I placed a phone order my wife went to get it and because my phone was they could not give to my wife. So I went to get and very upset, the Manager and the whole group was amazed of my rudeness, even thoug I was upset everyone was very calm and patient and lively with me. I made them feel horrible and I was so horrible with them and everyone was really nice with me. McDonald's is getting a lot better. I believe there has been a change in employees and management in the past few years. It seems like the food is improving quality and accuracy of orders is a lot
better. A few years ago I would intentionally drive the extra distance just to go to any other McDonald's than this one. Now I can go here and it's a lot closer.
