Shitty service food was cold and they made me get out the drive thru and go inside to get my food after not being able to find my order cause it was so hard for any of the workers to take a step over and hand it to me from the drive thru defeated the whole entire purpose of me using the mcdonald's app no wonder why they not 24 hours at that location

I showed up at 9:47 PM. They said sorry Sir, we're closing in a few minutes. Website says open 24 hours, and evern if the DID close at 10:00 PM they could have offered me a To-Go order???

Stopped for dinner (take out) - they were so busy but stayed professional and did their job very efficiently as a team!!! They should be proud of themselves. Food was hot and yummy as well.

Second time in a row this week I’ve pulled up past 3 am and nobody responds to the drive through. I waited 10 min both times before driving off. Yet you can see the workers just sitting around on the inside from the windows.

Service is always horrible,I’ve tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt but they always disappoint. They have young people who works there that don’t care. Food is never fresh, you have to literally tell them to make everything fresh because if you don’t you will get food that has been there for hours.

they get worse and worse. crazy part is i went during the day when the kiddos are in schoold and the grown folks still messed up my order. dont get me wrong the fries were hot and fresh which is why i gave a 2.. the restaurant was clean and my server was nice however what is the major difference between and a cheeseburger and a hamburger and everybody in the grill area was over the age of 40?!?!?!?!

Supposed to be 24 hours but cancelled delivery order after waiting for it for 30 minutes. Every time i order here the fries are half full/cold and nothing is ever fresh. Nuggets are like rubber, buns are stale, burgers never have pickles on them. Never give straws or condiments and constantly forgets items. Super frustrating.

Wow! 30 min wait for 6 chicken nuggets. If I hadn’t paid I’d left. No sense of urgency! No customer service skills. Whoever owns this McDonald’s should be embarrassed and look into selling it to someone who cares. I get it, it is McDonald’s and I already have dirt poor expectations for it. But even this place managed to proof it’s worse than I thought! Just wow!

Lies this location isnt open 24/7!!! as the employees hanging out in the back area say it not open but they have a full staff?!! So tired of this location… ice cream machine been down for a year and now they not open at 10pm?!! Turn this place into a Taco Bell at least they’re accountable!!!

I ordered a double quarter pounder meal and the burger was slimy and pink and so I had it remade the new burger was ok but after eating here I got sick I won't be coming back kinda sad because this location used to be great standards fell so much here
