During my lunch break at the hospital I work at I ordered through the McDonald’s app and had my coworker pick it up from the drive thru. Once I got the order it was completely incorrect so I called and they told me to come back for the correct order. As minutes passed by on my lunch break, I arrived there and informed them about the wrong order and completely got attitude from one of the employees stating that the order was from a while ago and asked if I had the wrong order with me. I said I did not, no one informed me to bring it back and he stated that I was STEALING food from McDonald’s. According to food safety policies and Servsafe once the food leaves the building it is contaminated and no longer able to sell. I asked what they would do once I brought the food back and he said it is none of my concern and once again said I stole food. He then started raising his voice and hands up in annoyance about the whole situation. Which I clearly noticed he needed more training and was probably having a bad day. My coworker called back to get some more information regarding the situation and immediately was greeted with the same hostile worker who then started going off and when she asked him to calm down he hung up on her and disabled the stores phone. What an experience…

If i can give them a zero i would i spent 20 min in the drive thru for them to take the car before me order but when it was my turn they tell me they not taken any more orders and it was 10pm worst service ever !

They gave me cold fries with one damn napkin I asked for BBQ sauce for my daughter happy meal and got sweet and sour I’m tired of going to these McDonald’s and yall can’t get the simple things right! Customer service at the speaker was bad but to get my food the young lady had good customer
Super slow. Fries half full. Forgot milk and fries in a happy meal. Most tables dirty while someone was cleaning the sidewalk outside…. Yikes…

Arrived at 3:56 am and was told they were "preparing for breakfast". I was too tired too argue. Why are you open 24 hours if you don't prepare food when the store is open?

Official closing time is 11pm, yet when I arrived 25 minutes before closing, I found the doors already locked. Despite knocking several times, my presence was ignored until an employee reluctantly signaled that they were closed. After persisting, they eventually allowed me in, making it seem as though they were doing me a great favor.
