Stop in tonight for dinner with my wife and kids and I must say I am truly blown away. My wife and I ordered the Signature Steak with fried lobster and shrimp. The seafood was amazing but the steak was not the way we ordered it. I informed the server and returned our steak to receive another full plate with everything we ordered but just the way we requested it. Definitely will not be going back to outback. I want to start off by saying our waitress was AMAZING!! She was super friendly and nice, but everything else was horrible. We got there about 4:45 pm Saturday night and half the restaurant was empty. Was told it would be about a 30 minute wait... Maybe due to a shift change or something related? I don't know. We got called to our table about 5:10/5:15. We didn't leave the restaurant until about 7:15... There was 2 people in my party...read full review
Went to Sanford Outback for dinner this evening despite the bad reviews we had read... boy were we happy we decided to form our own opinions!!! We were seated right away and greeted by our server ,Colleen. She was very friendly... she took our drink order and returned within a few short minutes..
