Been going to this coffee shop recently absolutely love it!! It’s my favorite coffee shop to go to! The service is always friendly and good as well as the coffee. The only thing that I wish is if there was another size bigger than the large cup 😂! I always end up getting two coffees.

This weekend was our first time in Sanford. Our first stop was here at Palate Coffee Roasters. I ordered the Sanford Fog with regular milk, hot. My husband ordered a mocha, hot. Both of our drinks were excellent! I wish I lived closer and I would be here all the time!

That has really fun choices of flavors. We ordered a dark chocolate pistachio and a lavender coffee. Both were very good. We sat in rocking chairs on the patio. So cute.

My coffee was good my only reason for 4 Star's they have no frappes :( but it was a delicious coffee either way! They just started construction on the road in front of the building but they are worth finding regardless!

I have been coming here for 4 years now and enjoy their coffee, one of the best by far! If you have never been before- be prepared to wait on the weekends in the morning they get very busy! The baristas are all very sweet but they’re human too- they get tired after morning rushes so be easy on them! Parking has changed a lot since we moved here- Sanford is redoing the roads so parking isn’t the best at the moment. I love the mission here: Every cup fights human trafficking. I will forever be loyal to Palate. 🤍

Great little coffee shop! The barista was very nice. Nice and clean. Has restrooms. Nice place to sit and enjoy your coffee or grab it to go. The coffee was pretty good, not as good as coffee back home but what can I say I’m from Washington state lol
