Let me start by saying not everyone here is rude, but the experience really depends on who you get. Today, the man serving my food was throwing my order around like he didn’t care, and the attitude was completely uncalled for.
Honestly, the customer service and the food match — inconsistent. Some days it’s decent, other days it’s a mess. When I’m spending my money, I expect my order to be handled with care and a little respect. Panda Express needs to tighten up on consistency across the board.

Great place for a quality lunch or dinner! The food here is always fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. I highly recommend getting the Bigger Plate, which lets you pick three entrées plus your choice of Super Greens, rice, or noodles. You can even do a mix — half rice and half noodles — for the best of both worlds.
The restaurant itself is very clean and modern, with a comfortable temperature and plenty of seating. The bathrooms are spotless and clearly well maintained, which is always a good sign of overall quality. I also appreciate that the regular sodas come with free refills, making it an even better value.
If you want the freshest food, go during peak lunch or dinner hours, when the kitchen is busiest and entrées are constantly being refreshed. Everything I’ve tried has been good, but the chicken teriyaki is hands down the best — tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor.
Consistently great experience every time I visit. Clean, efficient, and delicious — exactly what you want when you’re craving a satisfying, quick meal that doesn’t feel like fast food. Highly recommended!

Food is not fresh at all, Messy plating, Food is fried in old oil that has been sitting for hours!!! horrible customer service when asked Chris (manager) for a refund. With lack of empathy he stated we dont issue refunds and to contact panda express myself. I did and they issued a refund right away and inform me that every Panda express location can refund customers so basically the Manager Chris lies to customers!

Unacceptable, after placing an order online and waiting for more then 20 on the drive through I was asked to come inside to wait for another 10 minutes for my order to be ready.....

On 9/15/25 came up at 10:50am to the drive thru. No answer. Waited a couple of minutes, drove up to the window. No body in sight. Wait a couple of minutes. Find a spot, check the open time (9:30am) and walk in. See 4 employees standing around, they looked at me and went back to chatting with each other. I waited a minute before walking out.
