More than 1/2 of the time my order is late, which I can deal with because the order is accurate. However, when it is late and not accurate there is an issue. Paid for a plate which includes 1 side and 2 entrees. Received 1 side and 1 entree, so a bowl, for the price of a plate. Won’t order using their app again.

Food and Service here a few years ago. Now its your typical fast food spot. Food consistently cooked poorly. Forgotten items constantly. Soda is also flat majority of the time. Ownership must have changed cause this place sucks now

Magnificent kitchen. I come for lunch, the food is not heavy, and basically everything is not harmful! ✌️?
We ordered combo meals with 3 servings of meat on one and two on the other. One meal was completely missing one of the meats so we only received half the food, the other meal had the meats mixed up and wrong. They were not busy nor was there a line for the drive thru. Never again.

They NEVER have chow mein. Just a bunch of soggy veggies that are the end pieces that should be in the garbage, called chow mein. The orange chicken should be called grizzel. So gross.

Shout to a new manager Alondra… that can’t get the order right to save her life. Was charging me extra for rice as a 3rd entree. I told her I never have gotten charged before and I come often, and under her breath says bless your heart. The regular crew member had better customer service. When I told the lady she looked frustrated and to take the rice off so I don’t pay extra she asked me to leave. Terrible customer service on her behalf. 12/24 at about 11:15am and I have a recording of her.
My husband and I went to this Panda Express in Rinehart to get something quick for dinner and we were assisted by Chantel and ALONDRA. I have no complaints about Chantel. She greeted me with a smile and she was very courteous. However, when ALONDRA took over to take our other order, she was very dismissive, rude and arrogant. She’s definitely not customer friendly. I don't think she display the Panda Express customer service requirement and totally not an asset to the company.

Horrible visit, Ive been goin to this location since I have been back and never had a problem. Last night I'm told I have to wait 5 to 8mins for my food so I wait. Food comes and it is cold and steak is burnt, like really so I call and the "manager" ask if I have the receipt and I tell her I don't was not given to me, I can show her my cc receipt, she says no if you have no receipt than she can't do anything. I told her the girl at the window would deff remember me cause she had to bring my cc out to me with my cold and burnt food cause she forgot to give me my cc back. So if she can forget to give me my cc why would you say they don't forget to give receipts. Needless to say I won't be back since I wasted $25 bucks.
