Sad to see what you have done with my favorite sandwich size. You find it necessary to shrink your sandwich sizes down while raising your prices, it tells me what you think of me as a customer. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve seen how you have tried to make more money, save money which I see to be necessary, but you’re really scraping the bottom of the barrel now. My wife and I buy your sip club, fifty and hundred dollar gift cards on a regular basis. We always have a balance gift card in our account, but with you treating us like this I may just start looking for a new place for lunch and dinner. I don’t like not being appreciated as a customer since I consider myself to be quite loyal to your restaurant. This is the type of actions that cause your doors to close and lock because you get greedy for little things like this that make a big difference with your customers. Here’s a picture of what your sandwich is used to look like and a picture of what you now serve. I’m a customer that’s not happy.

So disappointed. What happened to Panera over the last couple years? Such a decline!! The quality of food is awful, the restaurant looks and feel dirty. The food is just thrown together and the quantity and as bad as the quality. I’ll never go to another Panera again. Sad, this used to be such a great place to go for a breakfast and/or lunch.

Nice atmosphere..ordered a whole bagel with tuna....picked it up it was two bagel sandwiches. Lol
Restaurant seems to be clean, food is decent, though they often are out of items and changed some recipes, however, the staff seems to have an attitude and seem inconvenienced to be there and have to do their jobs every single time.

A quick pit stop for some sandwiches before heading to the Autotrain to head home... I must say the self check tablet to place your orders in lieu of a cashier was a big pain in the butt and I think would have been quicker to have placed my order with a person... However while I am munching on my sandwich now in the train station I'm glad I made the stop 😊

Staff needs to respect customer menu orders better - I ordered a grilled cheese with no side but tried to give me potato chips as a side which I cannot have.
