hate complaining about this place because we’ve had good service from them in the past, but today I ordered a pizza at 1:20pm. The website said it would take 70 minutes. At 2:30 we still didn’t have our pizza. I called and the automatic tracker told me it would be delivered between 2;36-2:46. At 3pm I still didn’t have my pizza so I called and the nice gentleman at the store said he was all by himself in the shop and they only had one driver today. I ordered a pizza at 10:58am told it would take 32 minutes. Checked the tracker and its been "on its way" for over 40 minutes. I called the store and the guy said it'll be at least 15 more minutes. This sucks. I would have ordered pizza hut or even dominos if i knew the wait would be this long. The site said it would be delivered by 11:32 when i ordered it. Pizza was only 97 degrees when i got it. Guy at the store could care less.
Please ask your delivery drivers to bath once in a while, Courtney really has a bad smell.
