Papa Johns Pizza

ive order from Papa Johns on 46 rd several times for my kids' sports events. however, the qualities of their pizza have diminished. During the last SuperBowl i ordered 5 large pies. when i picked up, i noticed i saw mostly bread with no cheese. i informed them this pizza is missing cheese and saw mostly bread. please charge me for extra cheese cause wanted to bring home a decent pizza to my guest. Manager Ashley informed theyre too busy and she rather refund. i explain im not asking for free im paying for a proper pizza. she declined and refunded instead. the customer service and professional was missing. i Left and ordered 5 large pies from Marcos Pizza and they couldn't stop thanking me for my order. Marcos pizza as usual are perfect, its just further drive from me. from now on, i will drive the extra miles to go where customer service is important and feel valued.

Ordered a pizza thru the website and paid got a receipt and when the pizza arrived, they demanded to be paid in cash after showing the receipt the manager says oh well take it up with the morning manager and took the pizza back, she was very rude and offered no other help other then oh well I will never order from this place who treats their customers this way

Papa John's West Sr 46 Sanford... THEY ARE FOOD TERRORISTS.. big booger wiped under my pizza inside the box. Pizza all spat on and soggy falling apart. When I call the manager she lies and says that the owner's name is Jeff. No regional manager ever calls me back. The other day I tried to buy takeout pizza. They wanted to charge me $14 more than it is online. I told him that's the wrong price. He said if you don't want the pizza you don't have to have the pizza so I left to complain.

This place must have absolutely zero quality control as if i were manager and they thought a pizza was leaving looking like this i would be ridiculously embarrassed. Based on the most recent reviews their owner certainly couldn't care less. Also you are tricked into using doordash which is one of the shadiest P.O.S. moves by a company i have ever seen.

Omg!!!!! My pizza was HOT AND FRESH!!! The Jalapeño Bites was super good!!! The Chicken Parm Bites were even better!!!! My pizza was cooked perfectly well done as requested!!!! I haven’t had Papa John’s in years…. This right here just brought me back!!! So to the employees at that Papa John’s you guys did an amazing job!!!! I appreciate all you do and I know it’s not easy!!!! I am a Chef and I really am extremely happy with my order!!! So thank again!!! Chef CoCo

This store has the most inconvenient, incompetent people working there. They don’t know what they offer, how anything works, nor how to fix anything that goes wrong!!!! What an absolute joke!!!!!
