Highly disappointed‼️I ordered online paid in store. I waited 20 min after payment for my pizza.. and I requested it to be be cooked well done. I got my pizza not only was it half way cooked the toppings were just falling off couldn't even pick up 1 slice. Told the boy behind the counter its supposed to be cooked well done, his response oh okay.. got it home after I sent it back they cooked it longer but it once again still under cooked at this point I just said the hell with it ..all young kids with no supervision from an adult playing around and don't know what their doing. No apology for the wait or anything. While I was there another customer came in because they had given him the wrong item SMH just ridiculous!!!! Poor customer service.

Yall served me soggy chewy wings when I ordered extra crispy. When I called to get a credit you wanted me to drive the wings back up to the store.... that's not how it works. You are the ones who messed up. You owe me wings. And thats on period. If not you can cash me outside howbout dat

I placed an order about 15 minutes before they closed, and honestly…I was impressed. I requested well done with garlic parm crust and the pizza was cooked to perfection. I also asked for garlic sauce when I got to the store, I was going to ask for an extra, but I opened the box to check first and the young lady had already put an extra one for me. 😊 I WILL be back!

I ordered a large all meat pizza. The price was $24.00, when I asked about the lower price on the website. He dropped the price 5 dollars. When I arrived, I received what looked like a 12 or 14 inch pizza. The ingredients were light, pizza small, and taste lacking. I will never eat here again.

It tasted like really bad cheese was on one side. The dough wasn’t cooked and the location changed each time I ordered for some reason, so I drove extra and they gave my order to someone else or didn’t make it one or the other and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. I didn’t even get to fully eat the pizza because it was not fully cooked and tasted bad.

I am a loyal customer But I ordered a particular pizza and they made the wrong one and didn’t realize it until I got home, in addition the pepperoni slid right off the pizza

Hijacked debit card number for $420... pizza was late in cold... Somebody used my card number to buy tickets in Germany. Really sucks because I like Papa John's Pizza and store is closest to me

Ordered online twice. The system messed up one thing out of my order, it was a technical glitch so I called and spoke to the manager, he couldn't fix it from his end of the system so he made me cancel the order then I had to go back online and re order a different way then they brought us the wrong pizza. Wouldn't recommend. I will go to dominos like my kids said originally next time or pizza hut before trusting this one again.

The food I received was good and the garlic bread was delicious.
