i ordered a pizza lovers melt with spicy garlic boneless wings, along with a 20 oz starry from this location. I received the melt, but the wings were bone in DRY with not even effort to at least get some part of what i ordered CORRECT. then on top of that i didn’t receive my 20oz starry. I then contacted Pizza Hut about the situation and the gentleman that answered the phone has no empathy. I told him I didn’t receive what I ordered and he was like “you would need to contact door dash about that” truly the worse customer service experience from this pizza hut. I spent $23.14 just to not get what I ordered. I had reported this issue to doordash and only received a $3 credit.

As I was waiting on my order because I was early I was outside one of the delivery guys came to work late and his top on his car was down it's freezing cold foul music was playing on his stereo very loud the manager came out and told him he was late and to get back in and they were busy. As I walked in the same guy was taking my debit card to pay for my order as I'm waiting he's picking his nose be right in front of me then I noticed behind him one of the other guys had scratched his head and put the same gloveless hand in the cheese and was making personal pan pizzas is where it looked like.
So I paid for my dinner and tip them and came home and threw it in the trash due to what I saw needless to say I think that these kids need to be taught how to

Today, I visited the Pizza Hut on French Avenue in Sanford for a prepaid pickup order, and my experience was disappointing.

First, the parking lot is small, barely paved, and difficult to navigate. Upon entering the store at 6:00 PM, I was not greeted by anyone, despite the store being fully staffed and having a manager on duty. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:54 PM, but it was not.

I stood behind another customer who was also waiting. At around 6:02 PM, I noticed on the screen that my pizza was marked as “ready.” Despite this, no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. The manager and two other associates approached the register at various times but never addressed me or the other customer. The person in front of me eventually began to complain because his order, marked as ready at 5:49 PM, still wasn’t available by 6:05 PM.

After he voiced his frustrations, I informed the manager on duty that my order was ready and provided my name. The manager handed me my order without an apology for the wait or lack of acknowledgment and walked away.

I checked my order, and everything seemed fine. However, I decided to give some constructive feedback to the cashier, explaining that a simple greeting or asking if I was ordering in or picking up would go a long way. Her response? Nothing. She said absolutely nothing—no acknowledgment, no apology, not even a nod of understanding. It was as if we weren’t even having a conversation, despite making direct eye contact.

Overall, the lack of basic customer service, poor attention to detail, and underwhelming food quality make it hard to recommend this location. If you’re looking for decent breadsticks, maybe—but anything else? I wouldn’t bother.

Placed an order. Food is missing when delivered. I call, I am told I have to re-place an order for the missing items with a credit WTH is going on here, absolutely Assanin!

Kenzie, I would appreciate a message or call from you since your employees refused to refund me for delivery since I had to go up to the store to get my missing food after I was on hold for 16 mins

Your customer service suck due to the fact that my order got canceled twice, doordash pick my food up they canceled my order twice and never got delivered when I went to the store the cashier was rude the manager on duty never spoke to me never apologized and never tried to help when I asked for corporate office number she gave me a number and that was it. They never try to fix anything never even try to Offerman no extra food or nothing that was just it. That is all they did. The young female at the cash register was not good customer service attendant for nothing. Y'all need to do better with how y'all how people pick up customers' food and never get delivered and then you can't track them down once the customer coming to the store and ask why the orders were canceled and didn't give any reasons. I never had any problem with my address and now it all of a sudden my address becomes a problem.

10 years of living right down the street and it looks like this place is still the worst of the worst. I don't understand how they can't figure out that they have terrible management for this long. They have no idea how much business they're missing out on to Domino's, Little Caesars and Hungry Howie's right down the road.... And now Marcos!

Placed an order online but I forgot to change the location to pick up from. I arrived and noticed my name wasn't on the screen . They asked my name of the order and I realized my order was in NSB. The young lady said she would call NSB and have the order canceled. I reordered and was ready in leas then 15 minutes. They were very helpful. Great service and always delicious food.
