I was craving a pepperoni lover's pizza for a few days now. I ordered it today And paid extra for them to add the old world style pepperoni. They made it wrong, and I'm not driving back. They basically just made a cheese pizza and put some old world pepperoni on it. There was no regular pepperoni on it. And there was definitely no extra on it like the lovers line is supposed to have. Very frustrating. They were not busy at all.. I was the only order on the screen. So I don't get how they screwed it up. And to boot, the lady there was training someone. So she is not teaching him properly.

I’d give it a 4.2 or 4.3 if I could to be more accurate. Got a Wednesday wing deal and the boneless wings were good (bit too much sauce but that’s personal preference). Also got a pasta dish with Italian meats - pretty decent and 5 huge breadsticks.
Wasn’t busy at the time, operator was very responsive. I’d come back based on this experience.

Terrible, Door dashed some food, only to have 4 dashers cancel because they got tired of waiting. One was told it would be at least another hour for food. Poor service, couldn't pick up a phone. Felt sorry for the dashers that wasted their time! Ordered from the Chic instead and went to bed. Guess it's Papa Johns next time!

They were very rude. Took over hour half to get my food. I order six personal pan only to get two medium. Never again! I wanted to do a refund the cashier Adriel wouldn’t allow me too. Terrible service.

This is the WORST Pizza Hut to go to. They gave me the wrong pizza not once but twice on 2 different occasions. They have no empathy what so ever when the mess up your order. The delivery person was rude, the manager on duty name Adernail (or however you spell his name) was not as helpful. I asked him for the corporate office number he told me that he did not know and that I would have to call back and speak with the CM tomorrow. How are you a a manger but don’t know the corporate office number. The manager left me on hold after I told him my issue for at least 10min. Then came back to the phone asking for my receipt information and of course the driver did not give me a receipt being that I paid with my credit card. The driver wouldn’t even call the store to let them k ow that my order was wrong. My child has server allergies to onions and they sent me a pizza full of onions and peppers. I should have just let my baby ate it so that I could have sued the whole company. Out all of this the only thing the guy could say is that he can throw in a cookie. I’m like is this a joke? I understand if this was a one time issue but this has happened twice less then 2 weeks from the same company and same location. This is ridiculous and the fact that this whole situation went wrong on their end I didn’t even get an apology. The only thing they did was blame the driver for picking up the wrong order. This is crazy and would like someone to contact me soon as possible!!!

For a Pizza Hut I can't complain. My food was hot and made correctly. Especially since I have a severe dairy allergy, and the lady informed me that they used a clean tray, clean cutter, and she even wore gloves to prevent cross-contamination. Overall A+
Not a great experience. The pizza was undercooked and was almost entirely stuck to the pizza box. Had to pry it away from the box with a fork.
Also, we ordered a veggie lovers. Not sure if this place has its own recipie, but it was significantly different from other veggie lovers. They used white onions instead of red. The green peppers and onions were thicker than normal and were undercooked along with the pizza.

After the last attempt, I have finally learned my lesson after multiple delivery orders never arriving. The call center and then the store is apathetic about the situation each time and offers to refund my purchase. Usually after very lengthy holds.
