Not a great experience. The pizza was undercooked and was almost entirely stuck to the pizza box. Had to pry it away from the box with a fork.
Also, we ordered a veggie lovers. Not sure if this place has its own recipie, but it was significantly different from other veggie lovers. They used white onions instead of red. The green peppers and onions were thicker than normal and were undercooked along with the pizza.

After the last attempt, I have finally learned my lesson after multiple delivery orders never arriving. The call center and then the store is apathetic about the situation each time and offers to refund my purchase. Usually after very lengthy holds.

Sooooo. Let’s give credit where it is due. Was watching a movie with pizza in it and was dying for deep dish. PH pan was the closest and fastest, it was late. Pizza got here so hot I almost burned my tongue! Crust was great, sauce was great and pepperoni was cupped and crispy. For a chain, it was awesome. Good job to the team, driver and mgr., well done. It’s not an Indy pizza shop. It’s a chain. But they nailed it tonight!!!!

I got some kind of food poisoning eating boneless chicken wings from this place. I ended up so sick I had to seek medical treatment. I called the location and just got a, “Sorry you got sick” reply from the manager. I emailed customer service and was promised that my issue was escalated and someone would get back with me ASAP and no one ever did. They never offered any refund or any sort of compensation. I spent a lot of money ordering from this place. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered two personal pizzas and a large hand tossed. The large hand tossed was $8 and the personals were $5 a piece. When I arrived to pick up the order, the employee explained how they had “ran out” of personal pan pizzas so she just made another hand tossed pizza half cheese half pep instead, for the same price… but the cost of the one hand tossed I ordered was less than the cost of the two personal pan pizzas. A phone call would have been nice to explain the situation before waiting until check out to explain why my personal pizzas were missing. Also, I’m not sure how she made up for the inconvenience by charging me more than the cost of the item provided because she “couldn’t” provide what I actually ordered…. ?? not pleased or impressed at all. The only reason I’m offering a two star review is because they actually gave me something instead of nothing. If she would have called I would have asked for a refund and not wasted my gas to go get something I’m not even going to eat.
Ready for pick up at scheduled time-very hot. Toppings were ample. Having a record of my past orders makes it easy to reorder our favorite pizza with no hassles. We always go the oneat Publix Lake forest on hwy 46 in Sanford.
