Worst location, don’t come here. Service is horrible, they will get your order wrong, if there is an item unavailable they just won’t give it to you and still charge you. Don’t order your child a quesadilla wrap because they won’t put cheese and char grill it. Absolute worst.
I absolutely love this place! I usually get off work late around 10 and it’s hard to find a good meal around that time. Pollo Tropical has amazing food and they’re open till 11. The people there are awesome and friendly, especially my boy Pedro! I cannot say enough good things about this place make sure to stop by and check them out!
