This place in Lake Mary use to be acceptable. I order a full chicken to go and am tired of the dry chix we get. I have even gone in instead of drive thru and chix still dry. Prices up and quality ??. We will not return.

9pm and no mango tea, seems to be a pattern for this location as the same thing happened last time. I was shocked when I got to the window and was told total was $37.18! All we ordered was 3 quesadilla wraps, two drinks and a yuca bite. If you think your food is made of gold you better have the service to match it! We cancelled the order and went elsewhere.

DONT GO. Ordered the tropical trio with rice and salad, ended up with black beans. Iām allergic with beans and went to the counter to switch for salad. And the guy said āthe only side you can get for tropical trio is rice and beansā while the menu clearly said rice or beans and another regular side. Did not get salad, and I canāt even eat black beans. Ok why didnāt you tell me when I order? And the food was bad, meat was cold, rice was hard as rock. Had two spoons and left. Just donāt go unless you are a fan for cold salty food and black beansš

Staff lacked clear customer service skills and was somewhat confrontational simply trying to order two entrees. No ice even on refill, all items are behind counter (utensils, drinks, etcā¦) requiring to interact with same staff for everything (they seem constantly annoyed). Butā¦ food was still pretty good.
We stopped here as a family with three kids and two adults. Everyone ate and everyone was happy. We decided to eat here as an alternative to typical fast food. The kid's meal size was generous. I had to help finish it because of left overs. This location was perfect. It's right next to crazy amounts of shopping stores. It was nice to take a break from the day and sit down as a family and eat a meal together.
Please open a Pollo Tropical in Tallahassee, FL! We need one.
