I absolutely love this place! I usually get off work late around 10 and it’s hard to find a good meal around that time. Pollo Tropical has amazing food and they’re open till 11. The people there are awesome and friendly, especially my boy Pedro! I cannot say enough good things about this place make sure to stop by and check them out!

This Pollo Tropical location is excellent. I had a couple of questions about the differences between the Tropichops and Pollo Platters. Pedro not only answered all of my questions, he seemed genuinely happy to help me and steered me to a menu item I liked. Unlike a lot of other restaurants, all of the employees seemed like they actually wanted to be there. The food came out hot, fresh, and quickly. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The restaurant was nice and clean. Overall...

I typically don't write reviews about bad experiences but for 3 out of 5 meals to be completely wrong...I would have had my husband go back to fix the children's meal (which was completely wrong) if it weren't late already. I tried to call and got an automated system. Mistakes happen but please be aware... i made sure that the order was correct on the email and it was. Please pay attention to the orders.
