Staff lacked clear customer service skills and was somewhat confrontational simply trying to order two entrees. No ice even on refill, all items are behind counter (utensils, drinks, etc…) requiring to interact with same staff for everything (they seem constantly annoyed). But… food was still pretty good.

Also pretty messy bathrooms.

We stopped here as a family with three kids and two adults. Everyone ate and everyone was happy. We decided to eat here as an alternative to typical fast food. The kid's meal size was generous. I had to help finish it because of left overs. This location was perfect. It's right next to crazy amounts of shopping stores. It was nice to take a break from the day and sit down as a family and eat a meal together.

We wish we can have a Pollo Tropical in Deltona or Deland , there is lots of people here in this area wishing for one , I bet the business will sky high in this area , I hope u guys can consider this area , it won't be regret at all , People are waiting !!!! Please!!!!!!!!
