This is the best pollo tropical location that we’ve been to in Florida, and every time we come here the food is great. We even got catering from here for 2 birthday parties!

The manager Jenny is great and makes sure her customers are well taken care of.

I absolutely love this place! I usually get off work late around 10 and it’s hard to find a good meal around that time. Pollo Tropical has amazing food and they’re open till 11. The people there are awesome and friendly, especially my boy Pedro! I cannot say enough good things about this place make sure to stop by and check them out!

This Pollo Tropical location is excellent. I had a couple of questions about the differences between the Tropichops and Pollo Platters. Pedro not only answered all of my questions, he seemed genuinely happy to help me and steered me to a menu item I liked. Unlike a lot of other restaurants, all of the employees seemed like they actually wanted to be there. The food came out hot, fresh, and quickly. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The restaurant was nice and clean. Overall...
